I visited Knife Steakhouse at the Plano location. I pitted Knife against the best higher end steakhouses in the area, and I mean all of them. I was able to personally watch my well marbled, 32oz, aged ribeye steak being prepared with a healthy dose of salt and a bit of pepper as the only seasoning needed. Having dinner here is certainly a 5 star experience. Steaks are amazing as well as the pastas. The Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve ever had. The menu offers a great variety of items, particularly steaks. They source their steaks from multiple farms, including halal selections for anyone interested.
