“Dinner with friends last night was wonderful! Great food, lots of laughs, and conversation made for a much needed night out! It was awesome to share a great meal with great friends! But, I loved how patient Muhammad was with me and all of my questions about their food at #Burnt Since I don’t eat meat & I’ve never been here before I wanted to make certain they had food that I could eat! 🍽️ We ordered several different items from their menu. But I am only going to review what I was able to eat. The meatless food. Their tequeños are absolutely delicious! The crispy golden outside and warm, melty cheese inside made them nothing short of awesome! Especially when paired with their dipping sauce. 🧀 Next I tried their cachapa & it was amazing! The sweet corn flavor and soft, golden texture made it simple & delicious. They are filled with melty cheese, then they become the perfect balance of sweet and savory. 🌽 Lastly, I tried their plantains! Oh my goodness! Plantains are such a delicious treat! They were perfectly cooked: golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and naturally sweet. They made for a simple, comforting, and satisfying side dish! 🍌 Would I go back? Absolutely, yes! 💯“

“This is the 3rd Chinese BBQ skewer type restaurant we have been to since moving to Dallas. We liked this one the best. It had a wider variety of menu options and the spice levels were not overpowering. It is also open very late, which makes it a great spot for late night eats and group outings. We will definitely be back!“

“The best ribs I've ever had. I bought half a rack and they included the rib caps. I got home and ate it all at just couldn't stop so I still have a spicy sausage and a Texas Twinkie left because I just couldn't stop eating those ribs they were that good.“

“Friendship BBQ really hit the spot with their skewer selection. There are so many options to choose from and everything was seasoned perfectly. The clams and oysters were also a major highlight since they tasted super fresh and flavorful. I also have to give a shoutout to the fried rice because it was the perfect side to tie the whole meal together. Definitely a solid spot if you're looking for a great variety of skewers and some really well-done seafood.“

“My husband and I ate here last night when we walked in the door the waitress (young lady) was warm and welcoming as she explain the food style to us. so we stayed and she helped explain the menu to us as everything was written in Chinese. We ordered a few items and loved the flavor! Spicy 🌶 was what she described the food would be, it was but the amounts of other spices and herbs balanced it out just right! We will be back lots more to try on this menu.“

“Katy trail is an excellent spot to unwind and enjoy a beer with a friend. I come here all the time with a buddy or two. Their beers are served nice and cold every time with thick glasses. A blue moon tastes better here than anywhere else. Couldn't say if it's the chilled drinks, the vibes, or that it's my third one, but they are excellent. Great spot to bring your dog and enjoy a drink and watch a game, great time here.“

“Ban chan was great! The server was patient and accommodating since I had many questions. Our kiddos LOVED the glass noodles. They were so delicious. We ordered several different plates to try different Korean dishes. Every thing was amazing. Fresh ingredients. Service was wonderful. We were a table of 6 which included 4 small children. Went in there with the whole fam and some guests. Had a great time services is way better than what I expected.
And the food absolutely phenomenal we got the brisket burger, the brisket, lamb shank rice, Philly cheesesteak, and some mac n cheese
Everything was great in portion and taste.
Overall this was one of my best food and dining experience.
Would recommend anyone to go and check it out.

“The decor is modem, the food was fresh and high quality. They only had hot pot but it was excellent! Reason for 4 starts is it would be nice if they had a few more Korean side dishes and our final order of prime beef was taking forever. Richard, one of the managers walked by and asked if we needed anything and he took care of it. Looking forward to the BBQ. “This restaurant is one of our favorites. Everything about it is great. The food is fresh and delicious. The white rice is served in a large container for you to help yourself. The staff are friendly and efficient. You cannot beat this restaurant for value. We hope it stays in business forever!“

I almost decided not to come because of some of the recent reviews, but I’m glad I gave this place a chance and judged it for myself.

My family and I came here for dim sum this weekend and had a very enjoyable experience. We ordered har gow, siu mai, BBQ pork buns, roast duck, and a few other dishes. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the flavors were exactly what we expected from a traditional dim sum restaurant. The har gow had a nice texture, the siu mai was flavorful, and the roast duck was surprisingly good.

The restaurant was busy when we arrived, which is usually a good sign. Despite that, the staff remained polite and checked on us throughout the meal. Food came out at a reasonable pace and we never felt ignored.

What stood out to me is how different my experience was compared to some of the recent negative reviews. I’m not saying every restaurant is perfect every single day, but sometimes reading online reviews makes it sound like people visited a completely different place. Based on my visit, the food was fresh, the service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

I’ve learned over the years that online reviews can be helpful, but they don’t always tell the full story. One person’s bad experience doesn’t necessarily represent what everyone else will experience. In our case, we left satisfied, full, and already talking about what we want to order next time.
