“Dinner with friends last night was wonderful! Great food, lots of laughs, and conversation made for a much needed night out! It was awesome to share a great meal with great friends! But, I loved how patient Muhammad was with me and all of my questions about their food at #Burnt Since I don’t eat meat & I’ve never been here before I wanted to make certain they had food that I could eat! 🍽️ We ordered several different items from their menu. But I am only going to review what I was able to eat. The meatless food. Their tequeños are absolutely delicious! The crispy golden outside and warm, melty cheese inside made them nothing short of awesome! Especially when paired with their dipping sauce. 🧀 Next I tried their cachapa & it was amazing! The sweet corn flavor and soft, golden texture made it simple & delicious. They are filled with melty cheese, then they become the perfect balance of sweet and savory. 🌽 Lastly, I tried their plantains! Oh my goodness! Plantains are such a delicious treat! They were perfectly cooked: golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and naturally sweet. They made for a simple, comforting, and satisfying side dish! 🍌 Would I go back? Absolutely, yes! 💯“

“This is the 3rd Chinese BBQ skewer type restaurant we have been to since moving to Dallas. We liked this one the best. It had a wider variety of menu options and the spice levels were not overpowering. It is also open very late, which makes it a great spot for late night eats and group outings. We will definitely be back!“

“My husband and I ate here last night when we walked in the door the waitress (young lady) was warm and welcoming as she explain the food style to us. so we stayed and she helped explain the menu to us as everything was written in Chinese. We ordered a few items and loved the flavor! Spicy 🌶 was what she described the food would be, it was but the amounts of other spices and herbs balanced it out just right! We will be back lots more to try on this menu.“

“Got the fatty brisket and ribs and some sides to go . Dino ribs were out when I got there.
My opinion - it’s better than Hutchins!! So juicy, tender and seasoned just right! 4 stars for service because I waited long time for my order, maybe 15 - 30 minutes. Not sure why it took that much time. But it won’t deter me from getting more BBQ there. Lol“

“Prices are just unreasonably high here. They dont even publish their drink prices on the menu. Why? I’m continually confused at why more people in these reviews don’t speak up on that point. Factor in the of 20% and that brings the cost of one summer beer to $16.74. Seriously bad value across the board.“

“FIrst Time going to Longhorn Steakhouse. It was GREAT. Our waitress, Kayla, was TOP NOTCH. She was very friendly and her service was on point. Drinks, Bread and appetizers were out in record time. Jackie, THE MANAGER, was TOP NOTCH also. These 2 ladies made our 1st time to Longhorn Steakhouse so GREAT, we're planning to go back soon. The food was on point as well. I absolutely LOVE Brussels sprouts and Grilled corn, they fixed them to perfection. Seasoning, glazed and charr was perfect. I had the Cowboy Pork Chops (I know its a Steakhouse) because that's what I wanted. They were lip smacking good. The food was very satisfying. Go check it out for yourself. Situated in the same strip center as 99 Ranch Market in Plano, bb.q Chicken specializes in crispy Korean style fried chicken, with daikon cubes and all. We decided to dine here for dinner, ordered the 18 piece chicken wings and divided the flavors into original spicy and Galbi wings. Both were delicious. The original spicy has a special kind of crisp that can only be experienced by dining here. The spice level is also not over the top that it buries the flavor and becomes the star of the show; it's just spicy enough to let you know that you got hit with the spice stick. I'm not a sauced wing kinda guy, but the Galbi wings were sticky, flavorful, tender and juicy. I'm surprise that the Galbi wings were still crunchy despite being dowsed with all that delicious sauce! Both style of wings were fried to perfection but remained very juicy whenever you bite into it! Careful, the wings arrive straight from the frier, don't want to burn your mouth-roof! Our son enjoyed his basked of fried sweet potato fries, it's his go-to side and I'm glad bb.q Chicken serves it. This location serves alcohol, including bottled/canned beer, wine and soju. Move over Wing Stop, this is our new wings spot!“

“The decor is modem, the food was fresh and high quality. They only had hot pot but it was excellent! Reason for 4 starts is it would be nice if they had a few more Korean side dishes and our final order of prime beef was taking forever. Richard, one of the managers walked by and asked if we needed anything and he took care of it. Looking forward to the BBQ. If the quality of the seafood and meat continues to be the same we will be eating here all the time!!“

I almost decided not to come because of some of the recent reviews, but I’m glad I gave this place a chance and judged it for myself.

My family and I came here for dim sum this weekend and had a very enjoyable experience. We ordered har gow, siu mai, BBQ pork buns, roast duck, and a few other dishes. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the flavors were exactly what we expected from a traditional dim sum restaurant. The har gow had a nice texture, the siu mai was flavorful, and the roast duck was surprisingly good.

The restaurant was busy when we arrived, which is usually a good sign. Despite that, the staff remained polite and checked on us throughout the meal. Food came out at a reasonable pace and we never felt ignored.

What stood out to me is how different my experience was compared to some of the recent negative reviews. I’m not saying every restaurant is perfect every single day, but sometimes reading online reviews makes it sound like people visited a completely different place. Based on my visit, the food was fresh, the service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

I’ve learned over the years that online reviews can be helpful, but they don’t always tell the full story. One person’s bad experience doesn’t necessarily represent what everyone else will experience. In our case, we left satisfied, full, and already talking about what we want to order next time.

If you’re considering coming here, I would recommend giving it a try and forming your own opinion instead of relying solely on a handful of recent reviews. We had a great meal and will definitely be back.“
