“I've been a regular at JC since grand opening and I consistently order the Galbi to go. Abundant meat for the price, the quality also shows in the taste. The right amount of char, flavor, and fat, it is some of the best galbi you can get in the area. Sode dishes are nothing crazy- a small portion of rice topped with fried egg and two gyozas. (Would prefer to have kimchi or other pickled vegetables to cut through richness of protein as opposed to more fat). Service is both kind and incredibly quick- never exceeds 10 minutes to prepare.“
“I come here specifically for their brisket - it's always amazing. I don't eat pork, but my husband raves about their burnt ends as well! It can be a tad expensive if you're ordering ala carte for yourself, but their family kits and combos are a great value. (They're also on GetUpside so that helps a little bit, lol.) Their Navajo Fry bread has its good and ok days - but it's very filling and I prefer their dessert version! This is the kind of place where you eat so much that you want to take a nap afterwards. Eat there, eat to go - but definitely great for a quick Plano BBQ.“
“Ate there for the first time today and let me tell you. Food was superb and our server Pete was phenomenal. I had the chicken fried steak and boy was it huge. I able to actually eat off it three times. Also had the wings and they were delicious as well.“
“Original: I love this place, but the music has become obnoxiously loud. It makes waiting in the bar awful. The food is amazing and the servers are fantastic. I’ve been here about 10 times and this last time was nearly unbearably loud.Updated Review: Since I wrote the review, I have been back three times and the music has been far far better. The servers here are still fantastic and the food is great 5/5!“
“This restaurant was so amazing! i missed authentic Korean dishes so wanted some comfort meals & oxtail soup is definitely one of them! Wholeheartedly recommend their grilled spicy pork ribs, along with their seafood pajeon (pancake) & spicy rumen, brisket soup. The flavors were all there. The bonchons were so delicious on its own too. Cannot wait to go back!! After reading about how great this place is & through a fam members recommendation, it did not disappoint one tiny bit“
“Still the goat! Woo! Best Hawaiian bbq in town or around! The sauce would have Gucci man proud, the meat is more tender than my heart, and the Uber eats deals are a Ramadan blessing.Sir, I wish you and your family the best. Keep feeding DFW with love “

“The steak was amazing. I have tried both the A9 Wagyu and the regular steak, both are excellent. The ribs were also very juicy, and Are seasoned well. The brisket is extremely tender and holds up on its own weight, but tears as soon as you bite into it. The halal certification makes it the best choice to go to as well. The only things I didn’t like was the cheesesteak wasn’t what I was expecting. It is still a great sandwich(7.5/10), but not quite what I’d expect from a cheesesteak. The brisket burger and the other burgers are phenomenal.Dietary restrictions: HMS Halal Certified (Hand Slaughtered Halal)“
“Kid approved! Go for Tuesday lunch; around 11am will beat the crowd and get you a seat. Tuesday's special is street tacos and street corn. We had to go through the line twice since our 2 year old ate an adult size portion. Delicious. We ordered 2 street tacos, 2 packs of mac n cheese, street corn dressed, deviled eggs, banana pudding, and a half pound of brisket for lunches later in the week. Ty!“

That's hard to find.. I'm happy I found Dickeys in Plano!!Vegetarian options: Potato salad, jalapeno beans, baked beans, fried okra and fries!!Amazing Mac and cheese options!Salads, meatless loaded baked potatoes!Kid-friendliness: Family friendly atmosphere!Bring the whole family!Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible“
“I liked the skewers. I tried the beef, lamb, chicken heart, squid tentacle skewers. They were seasoned well. The fried rice was alright, but it didn't have much vegetables (mostly rice). Popcorn chicken was a huge serving. It was alright.“
“Went here for iftar buffet during Ramadan. Glad they were able to accommodate us on short notice. Excellent experience. Host is super nice and welcoming. Food is delicious - loved the green rooh afza drink and the snacks (samosa egg roll, French fries). Dinner food was wonderful too. Very nice and cute place. Would definitely recommend.“
“We were served by a young man and two woman who were helping refill drinks and broth. The service is insanely good, everyone is so kind and so patient especially since this was our very first time trying hot pot.Delicious food, lots to choose from. I suggest trying something new as we tried lots of meats that we hadn’t before. La Galbi, Brisket and Bulgogi was phenomenal. Cannot wait to come back and try again.“
“I love Longhorn! It's a great restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere are great! I am a pescetarian now, so I no longer eat my favorite thing here, which is the spicy chicken bites. I definitely recommend them, though. I get the salmon with the sauce from the spicy chicken bites on the side, so I'm not completely missing out. Lol.“
“I ordered two bowls of ramen yesterday for lunch via DoorDash. I actually had heard of this place but didn’t bother to really check it out since I feel like there are so many ramen places that are competitors that offer the same things. So basically I almost overlooked this spot but decided to go for it on a whim since I was curious. I was pleasantly surprised since I opted for the create your own ramen and just that was awesome - the ability to create your own ramen AND they offer *chicken miso*. I think I’m a fan now since I honestly don’t like pork or pork-based anything so I usually avoid ramen. But I think the chicken miso is something I will come back for! I only took off one star since I felt the broth was a bit too salty (kept having to drink a lot of water) so please consider a low sodium option.“
“Korean bbq food with many different varieties in small servings including hot pot. Open late accommodations for business busy customers. Corne lot convenient location. Warm cozy and comfortable enjoy favorite dish for family get together. Front back and side parking. Easy access to central highway. Food prepared in minutes to “
“A slice of the hill country up here in Plano. I'm actually mad that I've lived here for a year and a half and just visited for the first time today. Kid friendly and dog friendly (outside). I think we'll be spending a lot more time here in the future.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, plenty of kids there.“
“Food is cooked hot and fresh! I would say the portion size is fair for the price when it comes to the chicken the sides are a bit expensive. Push buttons on the table make it efficient so that a server isn't hovering your table you simply push when you're ready to order.“
“Best BBQ hands down. I have never had anything like it excellent flavor, meat is tender and you can actually taste the smoke in the meat.. I will definitely recommend this guy to anyone give him a call if you are looking for some excellent food. Thanks Kirby for the great service“
“Went to this place last weekend with family. The food was amazing!! We tried both bbq and pot. I like personal pot, but I love bbq more. Those meats in there are fresh and delicious. I do recommend this restaurant if you like Korean bbq and pot!“
“Brisket sandwiches was amazing but the service was better I called in right around closing time the last Laxmi took my order, she took credit card info over the phone to secure transaction which was fine. made sure that it’s perfect although I arrived few mins late they were all smiling and gave me my order and it was delicious I will be back for sure.“
“I came here with my girlfriend on a Friday afternoon shortly after they opened. It wasn't busy yet, but by the time we left the whole place was filled with people. We got the medium beef and pork combination. The menu says it's food for 3 people, but my girlfriend and I were able to manage it with ease. The beef and pork combination came with brisket, marinated prime rib finger meat, pork belly, and pork jowl. The quality of the meat was good and definitely better than most AYCE kbbq places in the area. I'm especially a big fan of their method of ventilation and for the first time I actually left a Korean bbq place without smelling like meat and oil. It was a great experience and the waiting staff would rotate through and help you cook the food. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.“
“Everything was good.. the check in process was smooth, food was tasty.. although the chicken was okish, i enjoyed the karage chk and noodles.. The only bad part about the entire experience was I was given a plastic fork rather than steel one... and the server said that there are not available..“
“Brisket was good, moist and tender, BBQ sauce was great! The Mac & cheese was really good and creamy although the pasta was slightly over cooked. I ordered the two meat plate with brisket, sausage ( it could of been grilled a bit more but flavor was good), mac & cheese and green beans and the portions were decent. Overall I had a good experience even though I told the cashier that the food was good, he never said thank you and just seemed to ignore my compliment. I would eat there again.“
“This store seemed empty when I came in before noon today, but then customers started trickling in after, most were to-go orders.Even though it said Hawaiian barbecue, you could see a few Filipino dishes like tosilog thatI ordered. The fried egg was a bit burnt, but the rice and tocino portion were huge! If you’re hungry, then this portion will definitely make you extra full. And I ordered the regular portion! All in all, the food is alright, just a bit too oily.“
“Friendship barbecue was absolutely fantastic. not a single negative point to find about this place.Definitely lived up to its name tonight as my friends and i were looking for a place to eat at 1:30 in the morning, we had plans to go to a late night sushi spot nearby but they had closed their kitchen early. I called friendship to check and their kitchen was still open! they were so sweet and welcoming despite us being there until 30 minutes after they closed. we ordered a lot of food- right before their kitchen closed. i work in food service and if someone did this where i work i would definitely go a little crazy. i was very very impressed with their amazing service.and everything was delicious! i heavily recommend the honey pork belly skewer, cucumber salad, and beef fried rice! My mother and I visit asian food spots in the area once a week here for the last year- and although i wasnt with my mother this time, this place has definitely made my top 3 for asian food in the plano-carrollton-frisco area. I was blown away! and only $101 dollars for this amazing spread (pictured) we would have spent much more had the izakaya/sushi place we originally planned on welcomed us. the prices were fantastic.we’ll be back- at a better time next time lol“
“I ordered the brisket nachos and okra. The okra was fried to perfection but the nachos were beyond amazing. They were huge, took up the whole tray and loaded with toppings! The chips were fresh and every single chip had something on it: cheese, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, brisket, you name it, these nachos had it! I took more than half home with me and ate them for the lunch the next day, still just as good as the day before.“
“Celiac friendly. I've been to both locations (Carrollton + Plano) and both times the waiters were accommodating to my gluten allergy. Not everything on the menu is gluten-free, so be weary and double check with your waiter. The majority of the items I ate were the meats on the skewers and some greens.“
