“Man me and girlfriend wanted BBQ so we searched for a good spot and come across this place. Man that first bite of potatoe salad was so good. the sweet tea was busting and the pork burnt ends and the BBQ sauce was so good. I will comeback again for some more.“

“I have been to many, many Korean BBQ spots. In all of Texas, California, Florida & Washington State this is by far the my fav!!! Service was 11 out of 10 stars & the meat quality was 10 out of 10. Must try once before you die...dispite slightly higher price, proportion, quality & service makes up for the slight lack in atmosphere. Beef Combo #8 is recommended for 2, but can feed 3 & a half.“

“This is a nice place to hang out and chill with friends. Dog friendly. The food here is mediocre bar food. I think they need to rework some of their menu items. Its been the same for years and rather stale. The hotdog is so bad; they use what I consider trash dogs. The grilled cheese with brisket is the best thing on the menu.“

“The second time I ate it, the ingredients were really well used and the portion was very generous. I thought it was delicious when I ate it in New York before, but I didn't expect it to open a branch here. The kebabs here are probably the best in all Dallas barbecue restaurants. The duck blood is super tender. The mutton soup uses sheep scorpion meat. The boss is so down to earth! Like, like, like! I used to go to the barbecue restaurant in Carrollton, but the skewers there are getting stale and stale. I haven’t been there for a long time. I didn’t expect that one opened here. Hehe, it’s such a blessing?“

“In my opinion one of the better halal food places - quality meats for sure and you can taste the difference. Decent pricing great food - recommend the Chicken Zinger and my mother in law was really impressed with the chapli kabob.

“I ordered the brisket nachos and okra. The okra was fried to perfection but the nachos were beyond amazing. They were huge, took up the whole tray and loaded with toppings! The chips were fresh and every single chip had something on it: cheese, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, brisket, you name it, these nachos had it! I took more than half home with me and ate them for the lunch the next day, still just as good as the day before.“

“They are under new management now. Under the old management there were more to choose from, but the taste is still there. Also, under the new management, Customer Service was excellent. I’ve always loved this place and still do. I now live in Crandall, and the drive is a little further, but I talk my daughter into driving me.“

Reason for 4 starts is it would be nice if they had a few more Korean side dishes and our final order of prime beef was taking forever. “As a newcomer to America, I found a job and worked here. When I realized that the man was not honest and was a bad person, I wanted to quit my job and he said he wouldn't pay me my 2 weeks' wages. The food in the restaurant is definitely not fresh. and the kitchen is not clean enough. cockroaches are roaming in the kitchen. I quit my job because I don't want to work in such a bad place. He changes the oil in which he fry the chicken and chips once a week. Literally a garbage dump.“

“Sliced Brisket sandwich with Fries.+ sweet tea (no ice): Sliced brisket was the best part. I ended up taking it off the bun to enjoy without bread interrupting the taste. Servers were professional. Cashier was calm & respectful as I tried to make up my mind. Coming to do grocery shopping is my least favorite thing to do & this was my only inspiring factor to enter a crowded H.E.B. on Preston & Coit. I enjoyed my meal today. “We came on 11/06/22 around 5 pm family of 4, not really busy we saw a lot of empty tables but the lady server wanted us to share a a room with other couple When I told her no and asked about empty tables she didn’t really give me the answer and told us to wait for 10 -15 minutes for the table We decided to go to other place I dont know the quality of the food but 0 ⭐️ for service“

“For a bone in Porterhouse, it was tough. This steak needed to be tenderised. I was warned of bold seasoning. No such seasoning was present. It definitely needed salt at the beginning to seal in the juices and to rest before served. The juices were on the plate, not in the meat. The Mac and cheese is phenomenal. The mashed potatoes, watery, too much butter, and not reduced to have good consistency. The taste profile of the steak was tough despite being medium rare, too many burns on the outside causing the fat to cauterize, but wasn't unbearable, likely why this steak was so chewy and the cut not being well marblised, the waitress was kind but way too loud for no reason. Enough to drop your silverware mid bite, though I'm glad she checked in. Texas Roadhouse gets it. Hopefully, you will, too.“

“Out of potatoes, but got a 2 meat plate ribs and brisket. Both fell apart and didn't need a knife. Great favor on the meat. Bbq Sauce wasn't for me but still good. Green beans had a good flavor and seasoned well.Mac&Cheese was amazing. Cheese cake was really good too.“

“I gotta say taste is on point. I been I been coming here several times and the foods are not just authentic, it's trendy. The price is a little high, if I'm being honest. Althiugh they give you generous amount of food but it is a little steep. I would still recommend this place for people who want to go to a Korean restaurant, and I'm confident any item on the menu won't disappoint you.“

“After driving in from Houston, we decided to find a Korean place to indulge our hunger. The waiter was very prompt and accommodating, our drinks were constantly refilled and his service was second to none. we ordered a lot of different dishes and it came with ALOT of different varieties of banchan, when you finish any of it, he came to refill it for us. The food… authentic! It was very delicious and so glad we went to the Gogi, based off of a friends recommendation! Don’t think twice about coming here!“

“I only go there for the Bulgogi Fries. They are the best I have had. I always go there in the mind set to try something else but end up ordering the fries. To me it’s a must have. This place has limited seats so won’t recommend dine-in for big groups.“
