“What a fantastic experience at Fords Garage in Plano we came out on a Sunday to catch their monthly car show (every first Sunday of the month) and it truly made a perfect day, classic cars, great crowd and such a fun atmosphere right in the parking lot. It really set the tone after the car show we headed inside for brunch and the whole experience was top-notch. The food was excellent definitely recommend the brunch menu on weekends the brisket, burger, and loaded tots or chicken and waffles was a highlight and everything came out fresh and perfectly cooked, the service was equally impressive, super friendly attentive without being overbearing and generally welcoming from the moment we walked in the whole place had such a cool automotive themed decor with vintage cars and gas pumps adding a unique touch to the ambience if you’re looking for somewhere fun, family, friendly, and a bit different. Ford’s Garage in Plano is absolutely worth it. Great food great people and unique experience all around. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Good morning everybody. I did visit the Village Burger Bar yesterday 01/11/25. I had the beautiful, delicious Crispy Chicken Burger with Sweet Potato French Fries. Now I'm the kind that doesn't eat fried foods. I've been in Texas for 7 months and never had anything fried. It had pickles, and tomatoes and lettuce. The atmosphere was perfect, it had soft music in the background, and other people in conversation and enjoying there food. I will definitely will be visiting the Village Burger Bar again.

“Exceptionally professional and friendly staff Properly greeted and see the towards the window seat not surrounded about children is always a plus. The appearance and taste of the food was perfect as always greeted by the chef, and our host was very engaging!“

“It took 7 weeks to get a Saturday evening reservation in the 6PM hour but it was worth the wait. As we were waiting for our table there were lots of angry guests who did not have reservations and were waiting over an hour. The front desk staff was clearly overwhelmed, stressed and not pleasant. The bar was was packed you could not get a drink. I overheard the hostess telling people guests were staying longer than their reservations and that is why everything was running late.

We finally got our table. A dark, romantic booth for 4. A tad small to have 8 drinks (a cocktail and water for 4) and two shared appetizers with 4 plates but we made it work. Our waiter was in the weeds and looked as if he was going to have a heart attack, but still gave us a pleasant experience.

Everyone loved loved the drinks, the appetizers and their dinners. Dessert on the other hand was disappointing. They’re apparently famous for their carrot cake drizzled with something and swerved with warm icing. At a place like J Alexander’s presentation is everything. This slice of sheet cake was served cafeteria style with four forks. F on the presentation, C on the portion and A on the flavor.

They’ve only been open less than
90 days so some of this is growing pains. 100% make a reservation. We have already made our next one to celebrate my birthday in April.“

“My cousin and I visited the Cafe this morning for breakfast. Our waiter - Phillip - was amazing! However, the food this time was a little disappointing. My cousin ate her grits and I had the Frech Toast. We also had bacon and potatoes. The bacon was not cooked the way we wanted. A new order was made, but still not satisfactory. And it was very salty. So we did not eat the bacon. Normally the food is outstanding but today's visit was a little off.“
