“Absolutely loved visiting the new Hugs location today. Not only do I love the people but the food was super tasty as well. The housemade jelly on the monte cristo is MAGNIFICENT. Wonderful location, food, and service.

I also bought a travel mug which I then left in my car for about three hours. When I came back and had a sip it was still cold!! Considering it sat in my black car during the worst of Texas summer I was very impressed.“

“I highly recommend Harvest for their food. We have been coming to this restaurant since it opened and this was our first time in the newer space since it is so hard to get a reservation. We came for my husband’s birthday and it was perfection from the minute we walked in. The host said happy birthday to him and then had us go upstairs to the live music area on the 3rd floor. We had to wait a few minutes but the manager took care of our cocktail order because of it. The music from the vinyl stripes was excellent. The waitress darnesha was kind attentive and super happy. What amazing customer service! He was also able to pick a dessert off the menu. Such an enjoyable evening. My husband’s day was made with the live music and great food. Thank you“

“We have been on the hunt for a breakfast place closer to home and we have found it! It is a beautiful upscale brunch place with a bar, with excellent food and over the top service. The coffee is from Italy with bold tones but no bitterness. It is difficult to find good coffee. The pancakes were light and sweet. The bacon is very meaty. I love Egg cited!“

“I’m so disappointed because this used to be our favorite place. The last few visits, the food has been noticeably subpar. The menu may look the same, but the quality and preparation of items have changed. For example, the crab cake Benedict used to feature homemade crab cakes, and now it’s a fried frozen-style patty. The one-star review is really based on the service experience, and unfortunately it’s the reason we won’t be returning. While waiting for our table, the manager or possible owner was telling single-party guests there was a 30-minute wait, while parties of three or more were being quoted only 10 minutes. An older woman standing there heard him tell the group in front of her 10 minutes right before he told her 30. The more I thought about it afterward, the more disappointed I was that I didn’t speak up in the moment. Treating guests differently based solely on party size is unacceptable and left a very bad impression.“

I saw the photos and decided let me try the burgers & fries... Wow! It was great for the price I paid for it. On my next visit I'm going to try the fish basket. “Jacob the owner was great, Kim ( an employee that's been there for 19 years) awesome and the staff working the fryers very professional. Food was amazing. Had the Philly and wing combo( their mild sauce which they let me try) and order of small fries. They even helped me with the order kiosk since I'm older. “Our server was super friendly and accommodating . We had two samples of wines we had never tasted and then ordered . Happy hour prices on two glasses of wine and an order of crab cakes was $40+. The crab cakes were okay . Slightly overcooked . The greens were fine . Overall wouldn't return for the food . But did enjoy the wine !“

Great location and parking setup, so getting in and out is a breeze. Also the finish out on the restaurant is so warm and cozy. The kitchen is viewable through a large window, but not open so you don’t leave smelling like your food. I’ll be back soon to enjoy more of those delectable pancakes!
