Polite service and well-trained staff. Placed an order via phone and was quoted a 5-minute wait, but the order ended up taking 20 minutes. Food tasted good, and it was neat to have mashed potatoes and gravy as an option. However, portions are definitely on the small side.But that just meant having room for dessert, which is something Culver's specializes at. Look I'll be honest the food isn't that good it's just sorta decent. But it's miles better than your large fast food chains, Culver's is what fast food was 15 years ago or so. Clean store, the friendliest staff (Laura in particular doesn't feel real she's so great. It's the passion and care you'd expect from... I don't know why the people in Texas rave so much about WHATABURGER!! Culver's is where it's at!! If you're looking for a great tasting Patty Melt go to Culver's!!! If you're looking for hot garbage, go to WHATABURGER!! The service is great and the atmosphere was amazing!! And the prices are better than most other places. My new go to for great burgers!!
