Polite service and well-trained staff. Placed an order via phone and was quoted a 5-minute wait, but the order ended up taking 20 minutes. Food tasted good, and it was neat to have mashed potatoes and gravy as an option. However, portions are definitely on the small side. But that just meant having room for dessert, which is something Culver's specializes at. I've never seen mint syrup as a topping option elsewhere and blending that into chocolate custard results in a treat that tastes exactly like Andes chocolate mints.

Look I'll be honest the food isn't that good it's just sorta decent. But it's miles better than your large fast food chains, Culver's is what fast food was 15 years ago or so. Clean store, the friendliest staff (Laura in particular doesn't feel real she's so great. It's the passion and care you'd expect from... I dunno, SpongeBob), pleasing aesthetic...The biggest thing to take away from this review is the pricing. 8 dollars for a burger, fries, and drink. 12 if you include a concrete. And that includes tax. Meanwhile you go across the street to Mooyah Burger they give you the exact same quality of burger for 15. Pre tax pre tip. You're paying 18-19 afterwards, and if you want a shake bump that up to 26 or 27. You go to McDonald's next door you're paying 18-20 for the meal with shake and you get a burger that makes the one from Falling Down look appetizing. It's clear Culver's is the way to go. You won't be singing to the heavens about their wonderful burgers but unlike the competition you won't be gagging on the food and/or bringing a wheelbarrel to pay for your meal like it's Post-WW1 Germany. Edible food at an affordable price. Amazing that became so rare but this Culver's is an oasis in the desert.
