“The man who took my order didn’t greet me. Didn’t say thanks nor handled me my receipt. He said less than 2words to me. Very poor customer service from the order taker however the nice young lady who prepared the smoothie greeted me, was pleasant and smiled.“

“My first visit on Saturday May 11th is was great was hanging out with family we were celebrating Mother’s Day to our self. When I say the service and food was amazing. And I can’t say enough about our waitress Shelly she was on point. We even had a chance to chat with the general manager Karen she was very nice to take out her time to talk with us. I got sick to my stomach at work and had to leave, and I really wanted to chicken noodle soup from Panera to calm it down. While driving from work, I called the store and explained my situation to the manger so I could pop in and out and prevent others from getting sick. She was so lovely and had it all ready for me by the time I got there and told me numerous times that she hopes I feel better soon. Super sweet lady. Made my day.“

Great location and parking setup, so getting in and out is a breeze. Also the finish out on the restaurant is so warm and cozy. The kitchen is viewable through a large window, but not open so you don’t leave smelling like your food. I’ll be back soon to enjoy more of those delectable pancakes! “I have visited over twenty different Paneras simply because I know the menu by heart. Ordinarily, I do not go to Panera expecting top-tier service or exceptional quality. However, because of this specific location, I will definitely be going back for their high-quality service.

To start, my food came out quickly and was actually warm.
Furthermore, even when a Sunday brunch rush rolled in and mistakes happened, the staff still kept a positive, happy attitude.
In addition, I was actually asked if I needed anything, which is definitely not my normal Panera experience.
On top of all that, the restaurant is so clean that I would not hesitate to eat off the floor. I cannot wait to come back!“
