“Cutest place to have coffee!! And really great wait staff. Highly recommend. Breakfast wasn't bad, it's breakfast, there are a lot of ways to make breakfast stand out. I wasn't a fan of the cornbread style biscuit. But that's just a personal thing, I'm sure it's popular! But the prices were the killer. It was pretty expensive. For a couple eggs, three tiny pieces of bacon and a weird biscuit was $22. For sure I'd go back for a coffee date, but it's a bit pricey. (Totally get the economy right now) I might try lunch there. Service was so excellent.“

“Great local Boba place! I dont have to drive all the way into greenville or rockwall for Boba anymore. The drinks were fantastic and the service was friendly. I did, however, find the menu to be a little confusing with sparse descriptions and I had to ask a lot of questions to decipher what I wanted... but overall, a great experience with quality Boba products.“

“We drove in from San Antonio to visit Lindy owner of Southern Grace store also in downtown Royce City. Lindy mentioned we should go over to Joe’s Meat Market. We had lunch & found our favorite sausage. We’ll be back. 👍“

“This place represents the quintessential neighborhood donut shop. Kind, hardworking owner. Great donuts. Small town aesthetic. Cheap prices. She had a line to the door before and after I arrived and left today and Mia, working by herself, had a big authentic smile on the entire time. She’s been doing this here for decades. Doesn’t get better than this.“

“In this economy, this is the place to go. By far the best priced meals you can find. Not a huge selection of stuff but that’s no big deal. Delicious food and great portions. Little to no wait time to get a table.
Servers may be all over the place but get off your high horse and call one over.“
