“You’re a life savior. Less time in the kitchen, at the grocery store and trying to figure out what’s for dinner. All I have to do is follow the easy instructions on the pan. Whether it be after a long day at work or a busy night with sports, I have something ready for dinner in just minutes. I can’t say enough about the food. Everything is delicious. We have yet to eat something that we did not like. I like the fact that we don’t eat the same food over and over. I always look forward to what the menu will be for the next week. Highly recommended for a busy family. My only regret is that I did not find you sooner😁“

“Promenade is such a nice cozy café. The owner is friendly. She acknowledges us and welcomes us back everytime we go there. I thought that was a very nice personal touch. They have a varied selection of pasteries, coffees, bubble teas, and smoothies. They have just the perfect blend of atomosphere, quick friendly service, and a light breakfast. It is such a treat for my kids when we stop there on our way out. 😋“

“I dined in at this location and ordered a hot chocolate and chocolate croissant. I had the best experience there. The manager informed me if rewards I had so I could save $2 (I believe she was the manager on duty then for she had a nice green dress shirt with a black long sleeve undershirts and black slacks, she had a short haircut, and looked like a refined mature lady). She was told me how to use the microwave to heat up my croissant and she made the hot cook the perfect temperature so I could start sipping on it almost immediately and not have to sacrifice the whip cream melting until I could sip it. I was able to enjoy a peaceful time getting some work done on my laptop and could enjoy my treats as leisurely as I wished in a pleasant environment.“

“My friend and I just uncovered the most amazing baby shower hack! This Le Mads has a private dining room available for events with just a shockingly low minimum purchase. We held a roughly 15 person baby shower here on a Friday evening and it could NOT have gone smoother. Brian the day manager showed me the space and helped me get everything set up. Then Joshua the evening manager was wonderful upon arrival. We ordered the pesto pasta, Caesar Salade with Balsamic chicken, family fruit side & had to get the romanoff for dipping. also a pick your own bakery pack. Add a cake and everyone had plenty. The food was wonderful, fresh, presented so well. With groceries what they are, I couldn't have even made it myself for the price we paid! Outstanding customer service, everyone so friendly, and really helpful. They went above & beyond! My cohost and I are conspiring to hold all of our mom group events and parties here. “You want Cuban food? Well this place is legit. The Cuban or the Ropa Vejia, sandwich tastes awesome. Couple that with a Pappa Rellena and you will go away delightfully full. The Fritta Cubana (Cuban Hamburger) is my favorite at the moment. And don't forget to try a Pastelito with a Cuban coffee for dessert. “My cousin and I visited the Cafe this morning for breakfast. Our waiter - Phillip - was amazing! However, the food this time was a little disappointing. My cousin ate her grits and I had the Frech Toast. We also had bacon and potatoes. The bacon was not cooked the way we wanted. A new order was made, but still not satisfactory. And it was very salty. So we did not eat the bacon. Normally the food is outstanding but today's visit was a little off.“

One area for improvement: some café staff can come across as overly corrective during ordering, which may discourage trying new items. A bit more patience and guidance would go a long way.“

“Boba latte, a place where they serve great boba and take pride in their customers! I practically live down the street from this place and come here every other day. Out of the many times I’ve been there, I had 1 small bad experience. Management personally called me and apologized for that circumstance. A friendly call can go a long way and so can simply letting your customer vent. When all the other boba places close their doors, this place is still open making the best boba in town!
