Best tea and cream soda, highly recommend~
Swung by on a whim and tried the Dallas Mavericks Cream soda. Super good, highly recommend it with the Yuzu sherbet!
I’m a total matcha fanatic, and I love the variety of drinks they offer! Most importantly, you can really taste the quality of the matcha in every sip. I can’t wait to come back and work my way through the entire menu!

La Maison Bleue (RK Cafe) is a super cute spot with a great vibe and nice presentation. The location is at a revolving kitchen where orders are placed at a kiosk. All the matcha is pretty good and comes in 16 oz. The drinks are not too sweet and taste great. Favorites include the Sakura Matcha latte, vanilla bean matcha, kuro mitsu matcha, Biscoff latte, strawberry matcha, and rose matcha—all perfectly balanced with matcha flavor. The menu stays interesting with unique, intentional flavors like Sakura Cream Soda and Ume Shiso Tea, offering something new instead of the usual safe choices. Each drink feels like its own idea. La Maison Bleue never disappoints and is a great spot for a quality coffee experience.
