“My cousin and I visited the Cafe this morning for breakfast. Our waiter - Phillip - was amazing! However, the food this time was a little disappointing. My cousin ate her grits and I had the Frech Toast. We also had bacon and potatoes. The bacon was not cooked the way we wanted. A new order was made, but still not satisfactory. And it was very salty. So we did not eat the bacon. Normally the food is outstanding but today's visit was a little off.“

“Boba latte, a place where they serve great boba and take pride in their customers! I practically live down the street from this place and come here every other day. Out of the many times I’ve been there, I had 1 small bad experience. Management personally called me and apologized for that circumstance. A friendly call can go a long way and so can simply letting your customer vent. When all the other boba places close their doors, this place is still open making the best boba in town! We held a roughly 15 person baby shower here on a Friday evening and it could NOT have gone smoother. Brian the day manager showed me the space and helped me get everything set up. Then Joshua the evening manager was wonderful upon arrival. We ordered the pesto pasta, Caesar Salade with Balsamic chicken, family fruit side & had to get the romanoff for dipping. also a pick your own bakery pack. Add a cake and everyone had plenty. The food was wonderful, fresh, presented so well. With groceries what they are, I couldn't have even made it myself for the price we paid! Outstanding customer service, everyone so friendly, and really helpful. They went above & beyond! My cohost and I are conspiring to hold all of our mom group events and parties here.
