The best thing about this place is their manager Ozzie. This guy knows great customer service. It's also nice seeing him help out more junior associates, and doing it with kindness.
I normally don’t do Google reviews, but I felt really inspired to give one today. I got sick to my stomach at work and had to leave, and I really wanted to chicken noodle soup from Panera to calm it down. While driving from work, I called the store and explained my situation to the manger so I could pop in and out and prevent others from getting sick. She was so lovely and had it all ready for me by the time I got there and told me numerous times that she hopes I feel better...read full review
Extremely fast, friendly and helpful staff! My family was even able to try a sample of the frozen strawberry lemonade (which was really very good). After a long day of travel this was a perfect stop!
