“Started with a margarita and ordered the spinach and chicken sour cream enchiladas. Chepa's is absolutely wonderful, some of my favorite Mexican food to date. Flavorful and satisfying with fresh ingredients and a lovely patio. Highly recommend.“

“We (wife and I) were at Marble Dental two doors down yesetrday and decided to check out Rice Garden for the first time. Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. My wife and I had the combo with meat and chicken (opted out of the shrimp) and with jalapenos in the brown rice. Very delicious.

The meal was more than ample for us to split. We also got two small bowls of the hot and sour soup ($2.99 each) and I must say it was the best hot and sour soup I have ever tasted/eaten. Very hearty and tasty. I'm thinking about it right now. Would be nice to have a bucket of it in the refrigerator at home to get through the cold winter days and nights. :-) Definitely will be back to Rice Garden.“

“I saw a few people recommending Zaza on a local page and we decided to try them out. OMG I can't believe we did not know about this place so close by. The Food is SO fresh and tasty. My son loved it so much he wanted his birthday dinner there so we had an awesome dinner and he got fried ice cream for dessert. Our favorite new Thai restaurant.“

“Took our family of 10 here and were seated immediately, which was a great start. We had a few people in our group who needed gluten-free options, and the staff was very helpful in confirming which dishes could be modified. It would be even better if those options were clearly labeled on the menu. The food came out quickly and everything was excellent. Standouts included the egg drop soup with crispy wontons, chicken dumplings, Mongolian beef, Kung Pao chicken, green beans, garlic edamame, and the three-flavored chicken. Every dish was flavorful and well prepared. Also a big plus that the restaurant is halal.

Overall, a fantastic experience. Great service, great food, and we will definitely be back soon!“

“My husband and I went there today, January 10, 2026, for lunch. The young lady that was working at approximately 1:30 behind the register was so professional, sweet, helpful and friendly. She made such an impression on me that, as soon as we got in the car, I said to my husband that I was going to leave a review. All too often people complain about bad service. I think it’s just important to recognize exceptional service. It’s unfortunate that I can’t remember her name, but if she was working 1:30 today & management sees this, please know how awesome she is.“

“This has been our go-to neighborhood Tex-Mex joint since moving to the area a year ago. Consistently solid food and service. The house frozen margarita ($12) is outstanding, includes a splash of Gran Gala on top, and is served in a beautiful glass. Just $8 during weekday happy hour ('til 6:30) and $6 all day Monday. The salsa is one of the best I've had. Tacos al Carbon, Chepa's tacos, and brisket enchiladas are always excellent. The only disappointment has been the enchiladas verdes with carnita meat (gristly and oily).
Service is friendly and efficient; a manager always seems to be present to ensure this. Atmosphere is better than most Mom & Pop Mexican restaurants.
If you pick up a To Go order, I would check it before leaving as we've had items omitted from orders in the past.“

“The server Chris was amazing! We had this dish at another location but we found out that location didn’t follow the traditional recipe. We asked for the dish to be custom.

Chris escalated the request to the manager Shane. Shane was able to make things happen. They both had great active listening skills.
We will definitely be returning. Do yourself a favor and ask for Chris to be your server.“

“I have eaten at the McKinney location several times and it is always awesome. Since I live closer to the Frisco location, I stopped today for take out. The food was not as good as the McKinney location. I always get the Teriyaki Chicken and today the sauce was not thick - like a glaze - as it is at the McKinney location. It was so thin it was like pouring water over the chicken. I was very disappointed! I hope the Frisco can do better with the sauce.“

“Love this place. I am a Egg Foo Young lover and this location has the best egg foo young (to my liking). Family friendly and family owned. Would definitely recommend to those who love egg foo young. Also their Walnut Shrimp is pretty good too!“

“I dined in at this location and ordered a hot chocolate and chocolate croissant. I had the best experience there. The manager informed me if rewards I had so I could save $2 (I believe she was the manager on duty then for she had a nice green dress shirt with a black long sleeve undershirts and black slacks, she had a short haircut, and looked like a refined mature lady). She was told me how to use the microwave to heat up my croissant and she made the hot cook the perfect temperature so I could start sipping on it almost immediately and not have to sacrifice the whip cream melting until I could sip it. I was able to enjoy a peaceful time getting some work done on my laptop and could enjoy my treats as leisurely as I wished in a pleasant environment.“
