“The highlight of our visit was our waitress. She was amazing, very kind, and on top of everything. The food was not the quality it used to be. I ordered the Margarita Chicken. Chicken was like rubber, but the flavor was ok. Steamed brocolli was actually the best it's ever been, and of course, the salad was great. So, in all, it was good, just no more chicken for me.“
“I walked in on 3-14-24 at 7pm and Audrey greeted me. I asked her for cups so that I can get water so I can take my pills. She did not ask me if I had my receipt for a proof of purchase and nor did she say I have to buy the water bottle. She gave me a cup. I let her manager know what a great job she did, but it did not appear her manager saw the true value of the level of customer service this young lady provided. I have my own mortgage company and I order food for my team all the time from Panera, even though it’s not the closest restaurant to my office. I hope that upper management can see this comment and hopefully use this as a teaching moment for rest of the region. I just happened to be in the area and It was time for my pills…thank you Audrey! “This is a hidden jewel! First off, the staff must be recognized. They were very courteous and helpful with nothing but smiles on their faces. The lobster bites and mango sauce were amazing. I really enjoyed the philly cheese steak and fries as well. I will be back soon.“
“I have had the pleasure to eat here once and order from them another time. We ordered different things each time. Everything was just fantastic. You can tell that everything is homemade, even things like the corned beef and the potato chips. I think the bread is house made too or at least ordered fresh. It's just fantastic. And the people are friendly, welcoming, and quick too. When we are there, it was a chilly, cloudy day and the cozy but fun cafe setting was perfect. You could tell the locals frequented loyally. When we ordered delivery, everything was packaged with care, and the sandwiches were perfectly intact when they arrived. (HUGE sandwiches by the way). A must-visit!“
