Great food, and service, at a reasonable price. You can tell that the staff also eat from the menu, and report back if something is off.The Vilage at Allen, 190 E Stacy Rd, 75002.Many other resturants, don't eat their own food, and you can tell why.But Olive Garden probably gives staff a steep discount, so they eat there between shifts, and so the food is very good.Management will also stop by your table, and ask how things are going.They are actively involved with customers,...read full review

The food was great. And the waiter was fantastic. He checked on us often and was very friendly. I say he went above and beyond. I can't remember his name but he has only worked there for about a month. I had brought my 90 year old mother for an early valentine dinner on Tuesday about 4ish. She was very happy with him also. I sure hope you can figure out which waiter he was because he deserves recognition.
