We usually visit in the evenings for dinner and the restaurant is always clean and usually has someone cleaning either the floor, the drink dispensers or tables. “We stopped into Capriotti’s and ordered three sandwiches, the Bobbie, a steak sandwich, and a turkey sandwich, and all three were excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly right.

What really stood out though was the service. Anna, who made our sandwiches and checked us out, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She had such a great attitude and made the whole experience even better.
