Great meatball sub! I will definitely order it again.
Russell was kind and told me about their app and the benefits of downloading it.
Sandwich was great and quick process for picking up food. Dr Pepper syrup was out and I didn’t note it until later unfortunately.

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop offers a delightful dining experience with its high-quality sandwiches and friendly service. The turkey sandwiches, such as the Cole Turkey and The Bobbie, are highly praised for their substantial and flavorful pulled turkey, providing a great alternative to typical deli fare. The restaurant also caters to vegetarian preferences with options like the Impossible Cheesesteak. Many customers enjoy the convenience of the mobile app for rewards and ordering, making it easy to savor their meals. The Capastrami and Capastrami fries are standout items, and the half-sub portions are usually more than enough. The shop maintains a clean and organized environment, which contributes to a positive atmosphere. Customers appreciate the fresh and delicious sandwiches, with some mentioning the classic cheesesteak and wagyu French dip as amazing choices. Service is often highlighted, with staff like Anna praised for her kindness, helpfulness, and patience. This attention to detail enhances the overall dining experience, making many eager to return and explore more items from the varied menu. However, some customers feel that the prices could be lower to attract more traffic.
