“The food is always fresh and quick and so good. The staff is attentive and kind always making sure that your experience is quality. We usually visit in the evenings for dinner and the restaurant is always clean and usually has someone cleaning either the floor, the drink dispensers or tables. “We were honestly so surprised by how good Chicken Salad Chick was! We kept seeing people on TikTok talk about it, so we finally decided to try it and now we totally understand the hype. The Sassy Scotty was AMAZING and the grape salad was so good too. We were literally craving it again the same day after eating it, which says a lot about how much we loved it. “We stopped into Capriotti’s and ordered three sandwiches, the Bobbie, a steak sandwich, and a turkey sandwich, and all three were excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly right.

What really stood out though was the service. Anna, who made our sandwiches and checked us out, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She had such a great attitude and made the whole experience even better.
