“I have always liked schlotzskys food and this location was also good. What i want to comment on is the service and staff. When we went today and ordered the food and sat down to wait..and wait and wait I decided to ask after 20 min if it normally takes this long for the food and of course the nice lady who took our order said no and went to check. She came back and said they had not even started our order at which time I definitely got upset and asked for a refund. The manager came out and started giving excuses and due to my bad day and then this flub I wasn't even trying to listen and just kept saying give me my refund. This manager stayed fully composed during this incident, did refund all of my money even though I told him I did receive my cinnamon rolls and expected to pay for what I had gotten. After this he asked that I please give him 2 minutes and my food would be out and completely free. I did as he asked and our food was brought out promptly. To be honest I wouldn't have been able to deal with my attitude if I was in his shoes and stayed so positive. I let him know personally that he did a great job and I was sorry for loosing my composure. I also felt the need to let everyone know that this establishment has kind employees and will try to correct anything that may come up during a visit. Honestly need more people in the world with this man's positive energy. I hope his higher ups read this and praise him and his staff for the good job they do.“

She took the time to make my order exactly how I wanted it and maintained excellent hygiene throughout the process. It's always nice to see employees who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. “I would consider myself a bit of a sandwich connisuer as they're my go-to for lunch everyday. But I hadn't tried Pickleman's so decided to give them a shot. Downloaded the app and placed an order at the Plano location. I was immediately turned off by the $0.80 convenience fee charged to my order. I'm literally saving you labor costs by using the app and you're charging me for it? I ordered a chipotle ranch chicken on wheat as this is supposedly one of their more popular items. I went to pickup my order. They don't place their mobile orders out for people to grab, kind of like Jersey Mike's, so you must stand in line and someone gets your name and hands it to you. Not a big deal, but it felt less organized than what I'm used to. I got my sandwich and dug in immediately. First, the bread is the star of the show. It was very fresh and had a nice crust. The sauce was also excellent. Not too ranchy with the right amount of kick. I was disappointed when I got to the last 2-3 bites and there was no more chicken. Overall, a very solid sandwich though. I'm intrigued enough to return and try something else on the menu. That convenience fee is a major turn off for me though so whether Pickleman's makes it into my regular sandwich shop rotation remains to be seen.“

“This place has a different theme for lunch every day. Home cooked food!! Very good. Definitely worth a try. Food is reasonable priced. Their drink selection is off the chain. Just know when you walk in... you WILL find something. They even have fresh fruit.. and one of the best mini salad bars I have seen. Snacks.. they got it. Staff is wonderful. Very nice, helpful and accommodating. I literally can eat here everyday. I usually can't eat all my lunch because the plates are pretty big, so I always have something to eat later. One of the best places I have came across in Texas.“

“A bit more than I'd like to spend (like $10/meal), but on par with other places to eat in the area (the quality and portions seem worth it). They have some cheaper price point options as well, like the bagels, the cookies, or a black coffee. The architecture is good (awnings and curved wood frame window), the vibe is nice (pretty quiet and shaded properly by overhang; tables are setup in a way that keeps them cleaner than other cafes; time is made to sweep and there isn't a drivethrough to invite bugs), and it's an inviting cafe to spend time at (near other interesting shops, so pretty good walking; kind staff; the giant parking lot and highway are noisy but it's hard to get away from those in Plano).

No Wifi unfortunately (can connect to access point but not the network), but close enough to get LLLKC's WiFi. It's a great place to read, rest a bit, do low intensity online activity, etc. The manager offered me an ice bucket while I was enjoying the patio. Definitely worth stopping in.“

He was greeting everyone, talking customers through the menu and when he wasn’t ringing in orders he was checking on all the tables. He stopped at our table and played around with our kiddos. He even talked about how they support the LE fire department. Just overall, a great experience.“

“This seems the best place to leave this review. We were Evacuees from Estes Park staying in Lewisville. Jersey Mike was close. Weather was horrible. I drove for a take out. The two young men were so nice. We talked while they brewed up our sandwiches. They went so far above and beyond for us. Made our exile so much easier. Plus, I could go on an on about the sandwiches. Holy Cow they were good. Funny how food has a way of making a bad day all better. I gave a 15% tip and wish I had given so much more. “A few days ago, my father and I were craving a tuna sandwich and we haven’t been to Jimmy John’s before. So we went to this location near me and I’m glad I did. Workers Mark and Chris are the best! Their energy was unmatched and were super, super, super nice to us the whole time. They also recommended us the toasted cheddar cheese roast beef sandwich and my family and I loved it! Mark and Chris’s energy though was what made the experience awesome, even when near closing time and us being the only 2 customers (people mainly ordered by drive-thru) they remained immensely positive!
