Schlotzsky's Deli is a fast food restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere that is always clean. The team includes some of the friendliest employees, who provide great service and show compassion. Staff members are friendly and pleasant to speak with. They always get orders correct and make sandwiches extra toasty when asked. If something is wrong with an order, they always make it right. One customer received such great service at the front counter that the employee apologized even when the customer messed up the order. The food is consistently great and pretty yummy, though an off day might happen every once in a while. Popular menu items include the turkey original, the bacon smokecheeaey, and the deluxe original. The bacon smokecheeaey is absolutely amazing, with fantastic roast beef, bacon, and Chipotle sauce. The sourdough bread is good and perfectly crisped. The cinnamon rolls are not bad either. Customers can use the Schlotzsky's App to earn points for free things.
