Great staff serving the traditional sandwiches Schlotzsky's are known for. Always friendly and happy to help when we go in. Can't beat a medium Original and jalapeño chips. Prices remain great and the standard for sandwich chains. Kids menu has solid choices, even for picky eaters.

Just moved back to Texas and was my first time back to Schlotzskys in 5 years. Was disappointed that you didn't have the Southwest salad. I got the strawberry salad and it was good. All and all it was a good

First time my wife and I visited this location and we were not impressed. I ordered the turkey avocado and was confused when I told the cashier NO onions or tomatoes. She said the sandwich did not come with tomatoes, although their menu clearly said that. My wife ordered the small original and said please NO mustard, but mayo instead. We also ordered a broccoli cheese soup. They brought our 2 sandwiches which were barely hot and YES- mine had tomatoes on it and my wife's sandwich had mustard! I took the tomatoes off mine and didn't mention it, but we had them remake my wife's sandwich. If that wasn't frustrating enough, a different lady from the kitchen came to our table to tell us they had run out of broccoli and was there a different soup we would like instead. We politely declined and just asked for a refund on the soup. Let me add that through it all, my wife and I were never rude to anyone, but always polite. When we left the restaurant, my wife said thank you and have a good night to the cashier who in turn said nothing. She just gave a rude look and walked off as if we were the ones who did something wrong. We won't be back to this location, but we'll stick to McKinney.

Nice and clean place. We only came here for Cinnabon. I'm sure the normal food here is just as good though. I haven't eaten at Schlotzsky's in a hot minute. The bathrooms were also clean as well. The cinnamon rolls were fresh out of the oven. I will say the bottoms were a little chewy and a tad harder than I liked, and the icing to Cinnamon roll ratio was a little less than what I have wanted. Definitely needed more icing. Overall we liked it enough.

This local Schlotzsky’s always provide warm sandwich and with the sourdough bread it tastes good. The sandwich is little bit pricey but the service is very good.
Ate here 3 times because I love the food. Have to come all the way to Texas for it now though. Very close to hotel.

WARNING this place is run down. The management and staff are jerks and refused to correct our order. They actually argued and lied several times during the call changing their story several times. Save your time and money and eat elsewhere.

We ordered 3 Albuquerque turkeys and got home and there were no roasted vegetables on the sandwiches. I called Schlotzsky's to let them know and instead of saying they were sorry and what can they do, they lied and said they personally made the sandwiches and they did put roasted vegetables on it . They argued and lied instead of trying to help. Terrible customer service. Lost my business.

I ordered a Greek Salad (comes with chicken) via my work's food delivery app. I added extra black olives, tomatoes, and red onions. It also come with two small bread sticks (garlic butter bread). I ordered the Greek dressing.Flavor is good. Dressing was in two small containers. Perfect amount for this size of salad.I am impressed and will definitely order this again.
