He was greeting everyone, talking customers through the menu and when he wasn’t ringing in orders he was checking on all the tables. He stopped at our table and played around with our kiddos. He even talked about how they support the LE fire department. Just overall, a great experience.“

“Was browsing the mall and wanted something light to eat. Which wich hit the spot! I got an egg and cheese on wheat bread and it was great! The staff was very friendly and corrected my mishaps on my bag. Everything tasted fresh and it satisfied my need for a sandwich!“

“JV’s customer service 10/10! his kindness made a slightly irritating experience not at all frustrating by demonstrating excellent customer service, listening and coming up with an efficient solution to my order being improperly made (spent almost $30 on food,) ordered a bbq 10 inch sub, chips, and a sweet tea. gets here, sammich? cold and had no cheese or pickles like i ordered it online. chips? not in the bag. sweet tea? not sweet. so what do i do? I had called the store and JV hooked it up frfr!!! i honestly just wanted my food remade because i’m at work until late late this evening and cannot physically pick the food itself up. He remade my order himself, IT WAS HOT when delivered like it was supposed to be when it was originally ordered, so i wanted to give him a solid review for SOLID SERVICE!! ALSO came in clutch and gave me 3x sun chips, a hand written note apologizing for the order being completely incorrect, refunded me, a sweet tea and a root beer (when they remade the order i changed the sweet tea to rootbeer in case it was not sweet again btw !) “I always enjoy going to this subway. Manoha has taken my order several times now and its always a pleasure to speak with him.
I did notice that it was only him running the store alone.
I would've expected there to be someone else to help him out at least considering all the tasks that need to be done to run the store smoothly.“

“Me and my friends walked out of Nerdvana disappointed because they didn't let us have my birthday cake at the restaurant, until we walked into THIS Firehouse Subs location, where they provided us a knife, a lighter, AND plates free of charge.

We paid a handsome tip for their service and help, and they even let us eat when they were closing, and even recorded us for the bday!
