I’ve been to a lot of sub shops, but the Jersey Mike’s on Frankford Road really stands out, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team leadership.

I want to give a massive shout-out to Brandon. You can tell right away that he’s a natural leader who genuinely cares about the store and its guests. From the second you walk through the door, he makes you feel incredibly welcome with his professional, friendly attitude. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every order is perfect and that every single customer leaves completely satisfied.

The store is clean, the energy is great, and the subs are always fresh and stacked perfectly. If you want a great meal paired with top-tier customer service, this is the location to visit. Big thanks to Brandon for setting the bar so high!“

“I like that Mendocino Farms offers many healthy sandwich and salad options, and they try to mix it up with unique toppings and combinations and not just your typical boring traditional options. This location is nice with friendly service, although seating is a bit limited compared to other locations and the parking situation is pretty bad as street parking is almost impossible to get and the parking garage is a bit of a walk especially for a fast casual place when you're just trying to get in and out.“

But what really sets Firehouse Subs apart, in my opinion, are the people. The employees at the Richardson location (Plano Rd & Beltline Rd) are outstanding—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming every time I visit.
