“I dont usually leave reveiws so this will be my first. I go out of my way to go to this store specifically because the other ones in the area just arents as good. This is the only store where the staff seem actually happy to be there. The staff are Definitely the reason I keep coming back here theyre all so nice and work well together. Today the little girl at the front, Bell is her name if i remember correctly. who's usually always there remembered my order and name and even how I dress the sandwich, she was super super kind, always is. And of course her coworkers are just as awesome as her. Its a breath of fresh air to see such a well run store with people that enjoy their jobs.“

“It's a solid Jersey Mikes, if you've been to a couple you know what to expect and they did it the exact same way here. Got the California Club and it was tasty as usual. Quick service which helped as I was on my way to the airport to fly out and needed to grab something fast so I wouldn't have to pay airport $$$ for airport lower quality or eat only what they had in the Delta Sky Miles lounge in the 10 min I had after getting through security.“

After a long time, I finally had such a wonderful experience at Subway! The customer service was outstanding, and the food was fresh, delicious, and prepared with care. The gentleman who served me tonight was absolutely phenomenal! He was incredibly patient, friendly, and welcoming. He took my order carefully and prepared everything exceptionally well. His excellent attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made my visit special. It’s refreshing to experience such outstanding service along with great food. Employees like him make a real difference and leave customers wanting to come back. Kudos to him for doing such a fantastic job! I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this Subway to others. Keep up the excellent work!“

They get very busy so it may take awhile for you to get your food. And there isn’t much seating inside so be prepared to take it away. The next time you’re craving a sandwich, head over to Snarf’s.“

“I cannot say enough great things about this Jimmy John's location. At 12:00 PM, I was unexpectedly tasked with putting together a catering order for the office, and I was worried there was no way it could come together on such short notice. Not only did the team make it happen, but they exceeded every expectation.

The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The sandwiches were labeled individually, which was incredibly helpful and made distribution effortless. Anyone who has coordinated catering for a large group knows how much those little details matter.

I especially want to recognize Crystal, who was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Chris, the manager, also deserves recognition for leading a team that clearly cares about customer service and getting things right. Even though the store was experiencing challenges with their ovens that day, they never let it impact the customer experience. Communication was excellent, expectations were managed, and they still delivered an exceptional result.

A special thank you as well to the delivery driver, who arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and ensured everything was delivered perfectly.

The food was a huge hit with our office. The portions were generous, everything was fresh, and people were raving about it all afternoon. What could have been a stressful, last-minute catering situation turned into one of the best catering experiences I've had.

“This was a surprisingly filling sandwich. The meat and cheese had plenty of flavor, and the fresh toppings added a nice crunch and kept the sandwich from feeling too heavy. “I would consider myself a bit of a sandwich connisuer as they're my go-to for lunch everyday. But I hadn't tried Pickleman's so decided to give them a shot. Downloaded the app and placed an order at the Plano location. I was immediately turned off by the $0.80 convenience fee charged to my order. I'm literally saving you labor costs by using the app and you're charging me for it? I ordered a chipotle ranch chicken on wheat as this is supposedly one of their more popular items. I went to pickup my order. They don't place their mobile orders out for people to grab, kind of like Jersey Mike's, so you must stand in line and someone gets your name and hands it to you. Not a big deal, but it felt less organized than what I'm used to. I got my sandwich and dug in immediately. First, the bread is the star of the show. It was very fresh and had a nice crust. The sauce was also excellent. Not too ranchy with the right amount of kick. I was disappointed when I got to the last 2-3 bites and there was no more chicken. Overall, a very solid sandwich though. I'm intrigued enough to return and try something else on the menu. That convenience fee is a major turn off for me though so whether Pickleman's makes it into my regular sandwich shop rotation remains to be seen.“

Ordering was a breeze thanks to the easy-to-use app. It made customizing my order and pickup super simple, which I really appreciated. But what really sets Firehouse Subs apart, in my opinion, are the people. The employees at the Richardson location (Plano Rd & Beltline Rd) are outstanding—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming every time I visit.

I can’t speak for every Firehouse Subs location, but this one gets two thumbs way up from me! If you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend giving them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.“

“Good sandwiches & side items. Came here for lunch early this week during work store visit nearby. It was busy with lunch crowd but the service was quick & friendly. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. The staff at register actually recognized me from another job they used to work at, great friendly service & was nice to be remembered! Good lunch spot whether in a hurry or to sit down for a good warm meal, good quality & service with a smile. If you like sandwiches and variety this is a good place to come to. 😁“
