“Neat little deli. Food is made fresh so it took a few minutes but it was good! The sourdough bread is great. I got the chicken mushroom ranch sandwich (added lettuce). It was a little bland and could use maybe some salt and pepper but it was good. Big sandwich! Store has some smaller tables (2-3 seats at each table) if you want to eat in. They offer canned drinks and have tea, lemonade, and water available.“

“4.3 stars. I’ve worked down the street from Jen’s Place Bakery & Cafe (JPBC) for nearly 3 years but somehow never managed to check it out. After a fortuitous conversation with co-workers yesterday about Chicken & Dumplings, they raved about the Thursday special and how it was imperative for me to try it out here. I stopped in around 2 pm for a late lunch and ordered the special. A warm bowl of Chicken & Dumplings, side of green beans, side salad and a house roll was about $16. Quality of food was nice. Employees were upbeat, friendly, and working beautifully as a team. Clean restaurant with lots of funny, inspiring, varied quotes and famous sayings on the walls. The sweets here looked amazing so definitely will be back to try their other offerings.“

“I put in a mobile app order to pick up. Arrived a little early as they were still making my order. The young girl working the front was super sweet and attentive. Offered me a cup for a drink while i waited. She didn’t have to do that as I could see she was busy and her coworker was on the grill. This is my go to location and has never been disappointed. I wish I would have gotten her name, she went above and beyond to make sure i was aware of the wait and the drink offer wasn’t necessary but a very kind gesture. It was Friday 5/29 around 4. So managers please give that girls a raise, she’s representing your company with a smile and friendly attitude. Something i dont Really see much of these days!“

The staff is so kind and genuine, even when they are slammed during lunch rush. The asian-ish manager is noticabley the most patient and warm with customers and her staff.

“I have been bringing my daughter to this Subway almost every Tuesday for 3 years before her tennis lesson. The ladies that work there are so kind, personable and professional. They always greet us with smiles and call my daughter by her nickname. It is always very clean and well maintained and we always look forward to our weekly drop in.“

“It's a solid Jersey Mikes, if you've been to a couple you know what to expect and they did it the exact same way here. Got the California Club and it was tasty as usual. Quick service which helped as I was on my way to the airport to fly out and needed to grab something fast so I wouldn't have to pay airport $$$ for airport lower quality or eat only what they had in the Delta Sky Miles lounge in the 10 min I had after getting through security.“

Ordering was a breeze thanks to the easy-to-use app. It made customizing my order and pickup super simple, which I really appreciated. But what really sets Firehouse Subs apart, in my opinion, are the people. The employees at the Richardson location (Plano Rd & Beltline Rd) are outstanding—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming every time I visit.

I can’t speak for every Firehouse Subs location, but this one gets two thumbs way up from me! If you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend giving them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.“

My sandwich is always ready fast, it is usually quiet and relaxing to eat inside the restaurant, and the staff is always polite. Sandwiches are loaded with crisp veggies. 99.999% of the time I have no complaints (only once out of dozens of trips was my sandwich missing anything). Pictured is the toasted Roast Beef and Cheddar. I also like getting the roast beef club sandwiches (Hunter's Club and Bootlegger Club) on sliced wheat as well as the turkey and bacon club (Club Lulu).“

Just know when you walk in... you WILL find something. They even have fresh fruit.. and one of the best mini salad bars I have seen. Snacks.. they got it. Staff is wonderful. Very nice, helpful and accommodating. I literally can eat here everyday. I usually can't eat all my lunch because the plates are pretty big, so I always have something to eat later. One of the best places I have came across in Texas.“
