Firehouse Subs Preston Commons is a welcoming place with warm and friendly staff, including Akoni who greets every customer with a smile. The sandwiches, especially the meatball on white bread, are exceptional and comforting. The staff does a good job of packing the orders with plenty of napkins and a perfectly placed pickle. The service is fast, making it great for large groups. While the sandwiches may look a bit messy, they more than make up for it in taste. Overall, it's a top-notch spot for delicious submarine sandwiches that outshine other popular chains.
