“I’ll admit it—I only recently tried Firehouse Subs for the very first time, and I’m honestly wondering what took me so long! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the whole experience. The food is truly delicious—fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted subs, and flavors that really stand out compared to your average sandwich spot.

Ordering was a breeze thanks to the easy-to-use app. It made customizing my order and pickup super simple, which I really appreciated. But what really sets Firehouse Subs apart, in my opinion, are the people. The employees at the Richardson location (Plano Rd & Beltline Rd) are outstanding—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming every time I visit.

I can’t speak for every Firehouse Subs location, but this one gets two thumbs way up from me! If you haven’t tried them yet, I highly recommend giving them a shot. You won’t be disappointed.“

“First time ordering food from this location. Picked this location cause the reviews were sightly higher than the other location around me.

1st of all the cashier was rude to me at first. I was ordering 4 sandwiches & had make call verification there sandwich. Like if I needed to get them toasted or not.

I can’t help it that she was only one working but no reason to rush me especially when there wasn’t anyone else in line behind me.

When the customers should alway come first no matter how short handed you are.

Other than the attitude, the food was very delicious my opinion. But next time I may decide to try out an another location to compare customers service.“
