“I cannot say enough great things about this Jimmy John's location. At 12:00 PM, I was unexpectedly tasked with putting together a catering order for the office, and I was worried there was no way it could come together on such short notice. Not only did the team make it happen, but they exceeded every expectation.

The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The sandwiches were labeled individually, which was incredibly helpful and made distribution effortless. Anyone who has coordinated catering for a large group knows how much those little details matter.

I especially want to recognize Crystal, who was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Chris, the manager, also deserves recognition for leading a team that clearly cares about customer service and getting things right. Even though the store was experiencing challenges with their ovens that day, they never let it impact the customer experience. Communication was excellent, expectations were managed, and they still delivered an exceptional result.

A special thank you as well to the delivery driver, who arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and ensured everything was delivered perfectly.

The food was a huge hit with our office. The portions were generous, everything was fresh, and people were raving about it all afternoon. What could have been a stressful, last-minute catering situation turned into one of the best catering experiences I've had.

The food is truly delicious—fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted subs, and flavors that really stand out compared to your average sandwich spot.

Ordering was a breeze thanks to the easy-to-use app. It made customizing my order and pickup super simple, which I really appreciated. But what really sets Firehouse Subs apart, in my opinion, are the people. The employees at the Richardson location (Plano Rd & Beltline Rd) are outstanding—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming every time I visit.

“After a weary day if long and treacherous work, I stopped off at subway... Tired and hungry yet I could not make my mind up about what to get. Then from the back walked the sandwich Maiden... The angle named Ms. Dee, her culinary knowledge was far beyond what I could rationalize in my mind. She took charge of the situation and prepared a sandwich that will live on in my mind, heart, and stomach... She knew what I was craving before I could speak it into existence, she feed my stomach and soul. However as i sat and enjoyed my meal I could feel something was a miss... Slowly the tides of calm had turned ill. In walked one person after another, Ms. Dee held her own against hungry travelers... Ms. Dee did not falter, she did not buckle under the pressure of a line to long for one person. She stood tall, she stood brave she, did not loose her composure, she did not loose her smile.
