“I demanded yesterday be the day I had a good Reuben. I needed to have a little taste of the northeast, and I was pleasantly surprised coming here! Fresh ingredients, tasted great, and was fair portions for the price. Will be back with my boyfriend for sure!“

“I had excellent service at this location. Shay was very helpful. She helped my dad to determine what kind of baked potato he wanted and needed, and then also, Mike, the GM was very, very helpful and very nice. I recommend this place to anyone?“

“This is the busiest Jersey Mikes I have been to. I tried the Reuben and it was great . It has a large seating area, and it makes you want to stay and have your sandwich there. This is night and day from the Jersey Mikes on Greenville.“

“Such a great place :)) affordable as well“

“I have stage 4 cancer very few places can I eat healthy outside of the house. We come once a week and get the turkey avo salsa verde it is off the hook!! We can eat at 1PM and be full the rest of the day. Great place to eat! I gotta try the tomato basil soup it looks so good!“

“Consistently great food & great portions! So convenient ordering online & then picking up at the drive thru! My order is always ready at least 5 minutes early! Staff is friendly also! Thanks for feeding my family again!“

“By far the best spicy fried chicken sandwich in the metroplex. I’ve had it 10-15 times now and it’s always delicious. Consistency at its finest. Smaller type of location, so get there early at lunch for a table.“

“Best quality sub in the area. It was sub delicious“

“First time ever eating in a liquor store and the food was fabulous! We each ordered something different and split them so we could taste both. Both were delicious, hot and tasty. Will definitely be going back!“

“Great place to eat and shopping“

“The staff is always friendly here. I love their number 17. It's a philly cheesesteak sandwich which they cook on the grill right there in front of you. The last visit there , I noticed a manager doing an interview and I was very impressed with him because he went through all the details of everything that they do in order to make the customer experience a good one. This is an excellent Jersey Mike location.I highly recommend it.“

“Good spud 🥔 and soup.Cashier was out of it. Could not understand and keep repeating himself“

“It was my first time trying Charleys and man the Philly steak sub was on point. The customer service is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly. Nate helped me out that day. I'm excited to try their wings next time. Overall, I'm impressed with the quality of food and service, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.“

“Good sandwiches & side items. Came here for lunch early this week during work store visit nearby. It was busy with lunch crowd but the service was quick & friendly. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. The staff at register actually recognized me from another job they used to work at, great friendly service & was nice to be remembered! Good lunch spot whether in a hurry or to sit down for a good warm meal, good quality & service with a smile. If you like sandwiches and variety this is a good place to come to. 😁“

“I would consider myself a bit of a sandwich connisuer as they're my go-to for lunch everyday. But I hadn't tried Pickleman's so decided to give them a shot. Downloaded the app and placed an order at the Plano location. I was immediately turned off by the $0.80 convenience fee charged to my order. I'm literally saving you labor costs by using the app and you're charging me for it? I ordered a chipotle ranch chicken on wheat as this is supposedly one of their more popular items. I went to pickup my order. They don't place their mobile orders out for people to grab, kind of like Jersey Mike's, so you must stand in line and someone gets your name and hands it to you. Not a big deal, but it felt less organized than what I'm used to. I got my sandwich and dug in immediately. First, the bread is the star of the show. It was very fresh and had a nice crust. The sauce was also excellent. Not too ranchy with the right amount of kick. I was disappointed when I got to the last 2-3 bites and there was no more chicken. Overall, a very solid sandwich though. I'm intrigued enough to return and try something else on the menu. That convenience fee is a major turn off for me though so whether Pickleman's makes it into my regular sandwich shop rotation remains to be seen.“

“A bit more than I'd like to spend (like $10/meal), but on par with other places to eat in the area (the quality and portions seem worth it). They have some cheaper price point options as well, like the bagels, the cookies, or a black coffee. The architecture is good (awnings and curved wood frame window), the vibe is nice (pretty quiet and shaded properly by overhang; tables are setup in a way that keeps them cleaner than other cafes; time is made to sweep and there isn't a drivethrough to invite bugs), and it's an inviting cafe to spend time at (near other interesting shops, so pretty good walking; kind staff; the giant parking lot and highway are noisy but it's hard to get away from those in Plano).

No Wifi unfortunately (can connect to access point but not the network), but close enough to get LLLKC's WiFi. It's a great place to read, rest a bit, do low intensity online activity, etc. The manager offered me an ice bucket while I was enjoying the patio. Definitely worth stopping in.“

“This place has a different theme for lunch every day. Home cooked food!! Very good. Definitely worth a try. Food is reasonable priced. Their drink selection is off the chain. Just know when you walk in... you WILL find something. They even have fresh fruit.. and one of the best mini salad bars I have seen. Snacks.. they got it. Staff is wonderful. Very nice, helpful and accommodating. I literally can eat here everyday. I usually can't eat all my lunch because the plates are pretty big, so I always have something to eat later. One of the best places I have came across in Texas.“

“Jersey Mike's consistently impresses with its friendly, fast service, even during busy hours. The team demonstrates remarkable teamwork, as seen when Abigail, a new face at this location, efficiently managed sandwich orders. The gentleman at the meat station expertly navigated the chaos, ensuring precision while cutting multi- deli meats, breads, order tickets! When Abigail ran out of lettuce, a young man at the register promptly went to get more, allowing her to keep the line moving. Their dedication to accuracy and customer satisfaction makes it worth the drive, even with lines out the door. This location truly exemplifies exceptional service!“

“Best cranberry muffin ever, to me anyway. ❤️Smoothies delicious and friendly owner and staff… I’m still trying to find something similar as the dallas location did not meet my expectations.“

“Victoria words cant express how grateful we are for your service. We called 10 min before the store closed and you picked our order. This was my first time trying JJ and that's why we came back the next day an hour before the store closes. Your smile, how you really made the experience of jimmy John's now am a fan . Thank you for the great service. I appreciate you .“

“Outstanding customer service! I placed a delivery order from this store, and the associate called me upon arrival to verify the address. During the call, we realized that I had accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, which happened to be very similar to the correct one. Without hesitation, she assured me that she would head to the correct address to make sure I received my order. Her flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile were greatly appreciated!“

“Super Yummy, Super Friendly, Super Clean. All GREAT things when trying to feed my Family. I would drive across the Metroplex for service like this any day. :)“

“Story time, my family and I stopped at another sandwich shop that has two Js in its name. We ordered $60 ($58 and some change) worth of food, which you would not think a family of four would order that much on some dang sandwiches but yep in this economy it’s now pretty much the norm. I whipped out my wallet to pay cash and they refused my fresh crispy $100 dollar bill.
“What?” “Scuse me, aint this still Merica?”
“Sorry Sir, thats our policy”
I punched the lady deadass in her face and said:
“Well my policy is, Ill take my business elsewhere!”

We cruised on down to Jersey Mikes, ordered our food and I asked “can you take a hundo?” dude proudly said “yes, sir!”

Jersey Mike, purveyor of fine sammiches got thier money, in cash, I got my family some much needed food. Damn good food too. I was just joking about punching that lady though.“

“I have not been to a firehouse sub since pre pandemic days. I did not know about this location until today. There was a promo to buy a sandwich and get another free if your name starts with the letter BR. So I came fairly late at night and the manager was really kind and patient with me. The store was really clean. I assumed it was brand new but it's been around for a year now. I did not eat at the store but the sandwiches were delicious when we ate them at home. We will definitely be back for more sandwiches.“

“Let me just say — I did NOT expect to have a life-changing moment at Jimmy John’s, but then I met Tanny, and everything changed. 😳✨ From the second I walked up to the counter looking mildly overwhelmed by the menu, Tanny swooped in like a sandwich fairy godmother 🧚‍♀️🙌 and just KNEW what to do with me.

What blew me away was how she guided me through every single step without EVER making me feel rushed or pressured 🚫⏰. She asked the right questions, really listened, and somehow crafted the perfect combo of veggies 🥬🍅🥒🧅 with just the right amount of everything else. Fresh, crunchy, colorful, and absolutely PACKED with flavor — I didn’t know a sandwich could taste this alive! 🤤

Tanny isn’t just making sandwiches, she’s creating EXPERIENCES 🎨🥪. Her patience, her genuine warmth, and her sandwich wizardry 🧙‍♀️ turned a quick lunch stop into the highlight of my entire day. I left with my hands full of veggie goodness and my heart full of gratitude 🙏💛.

If you’re ever at this Jimmy John’s, PLEASE SEE TANNY!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Do not walk to this location, RUN! She is the darn the best“

“I ordered a sandwich at lunch to be delivered by
Doordash. Waiting outside, I received a message it had been cancelled by the Doordash driver with no explaination. I called Potbellies and spoke with Brian, who advised I need to call Doordash. I called Doordash and after transferring me around said this is on Potbellies. I drove to Potbellies and spoke with Brian who said it's on Doordash, and explained why. Regardless, he made my order and provided my order for free in good faith. Thank you Brian and your team.“

“Not all Subway locations are equal. This location provides the best service to be expected. The Subway in Murphy is the worst.

I hope that Murphy location goes out of business. That Murphy location deserves to go out of business.“

“Came here for quick lunch before headed into work. Parking lot was pretty full, once inside it took several minutes while I was standing in front of register before I was greeted. Once they did the staff was friendly and quickly took my order & had my sandwich ready literally in 1 Minute, super fast! Unfortunately they did not ask me if meal was for here or to go so they did not offer me a bag to take meal to work. I ordered the Italian Night Club combo with Jalapeño Chips & Drink. The sandwich was ok but some of the meat felt like it was out in the open a little bit longer than usual. Tried their new Kickin' Ranch & was actually pretty good. Overall the vibe in restaurant was good & staff was nice, just a few minor adjustments in attention to detail can easily have them at 5 stars with the quickness & effectiveness they have at preparing food.“

“By far the greatest Subway I’ve ever been to in my life! The facilities are always clean. The staff is incredible! They do amazing and give me the best service I’ve ever had at a Subway! Shout out to Aracely, Maria, Mildred, Rigo, America, Emmanuel, Karen. No matter if I come during the day or night, I’m always greeted with a smile and love! It’s fantastic here! It feels like home!“

“Can't tell you how many times I've frequented this location, and yet I never left a review?? Crazy. This Potbelly in particular gets very busy, and I mean BUSY BUSY -- at lunch time M-F they sometimes have a line to the door. There's a reason why: the staff is always incredibly quick at getting people through the line with amazing customer service with smiles on, and the food is the BOMB! Potbelly over Jersey Mike's any day. Honestly, I can't wait till I get to eat at this location again... the staff here is genuinely that awesome.“
