“Neat little deli. Food is made fresh so it took a few minutes but it was good! The sourdough bread is great. I got the chicken mushroom ranch sandwich (added lettuce). It was a little bland and could use maybe some salt and pepper but it was good. Big sandwich! Store has some smaller tables (2-3 seats at each table) if you want to eat in. They offer canned drinks and have tea, lemonade, and water available.“

“I come to this location once a month when I visit Dallas area for work. The food is so fresh and I love all the GF options!

The staff is so kind and genuine, even when they are slammed during lunch rush. The asian-ish manager is noticabley the most patient and warm with customers and her staff.

I love their sandwiches and have only been to the Missouri location, so it was awesome seeing them here in dallas so close to home. “Good sandwiches & side items. Came here for lunch early this week during work store visit nearby. It was busy with lunch crowd but the service was quick & friendly. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. The staff at register actually recognized me from another job they used to work at, great friendly service & was nice to be remembered! Good lunch spot whether in a hurry or to sit down for a good warm meal, good quality & service with a smile. If you like sandwiches and variety this is a good place to come to. 😁“

“I love that Jimmy John's is around the corner from my office. It's so easy to order online, follow the track order and know exactly when it's ready for picking up at the store. A 16 in long sandwich can be cut into two or three days' worth of lunch. I always ask for extra lettuce, tomato, cucumbers and other vegetables. It is always fresh and definitely fills you up for the price.“

“I have not been to a firehouse sub since pre pandemic days. I did not know about this location until today. There was a promo to buy a sandwich and get another free if your name starts with the letter BR. So I came fairly late at night and the manager was really kind and patient with me. The store was really clean. I assumed it was brand new but it's been around for a year now. I did not eat at the store but the sandwiches were delicious when we ate them at home. We will definitely be back for more sandwiches.“

“Story time, my family and I stopped at another sandwich shop that has two Js in its name. We ordered $60 ($58 and some change) worth of food, which you would not think a family of four would order that much on some dang sandwiches but yep in this economy it’s now pretty much the norm. I whipped out my wallet to pay cash and they refused my fresh crispy $100 dollar bill.

We cruised on down to Jersey Mikes, ordered our food and I asked “can you take a hundo?” dude proudly said “yes, sir!”

Jersey Mike, purveyor of fine sammiches got thier money, in cash, I got my family some much needed food. Damn good food too. I was just joking about punching that lady though.“

“Came here for quick lunch before headed into work. Parking lot was pretty full, once inside it took several minutes while I was standing in front of register before I was greeted. Once they did the staff was friendly and quickly took my order & had my sandwich ready literally in 1 Minute, super fast! Unfortunately they did not ask me if meal was for here or to go so they did not offer me a bag to take meal to work. I ordered the Italian Night Club combo with Jalapeño Chips & Drink. The sandwich was ok but some of the meat felt like it was out in the open a little bit longer than usual. Tried their new Kickin' Ranch & was actually pretty good. Overall the vibe in restaurant was good & staff was nice, just a few minor adjustments in attention to detail can easily have them at 5 stars with the quickness & effectiveness they have at preparing food.“
