“Don't let it's small-looking & busy exterior fool you. It's quite spacious inside. Very roomy aisles and they have quite a few long tables too. Staff was welcoming, friendly, & efficient. What I'm used to with Braum's. Usual good burgers and generous banana split servings. I did ask for lots of whipped cream. Parking's not a problem if you don't mind parking towards the back by Home Depot.“

“I love Tacodeli! Their food is delicious, but it isn't always served hot. We have had a few instances where it came out cold and had to be remade. They usually give us a few free taco coupons when that happens.

I prefer to go on Wednesday so I can get a Brisket El Rey taco (taco of the day) with my regular Cowboy taco. Their Roberto's queso is delicious and they offer Maine Root fountain soda (Doppleganger is my jam).

As someone with Celiac, this is one of the only taco joints that is safer for me to enjoy. Their chips are prepackaged so I don't have to worry about cross contamination. And all of their desserts come prepackaged so I don't have to worry about those either. The only things on their menu made with gluten that are on the assembly line are their wheat and flour tortillas.

Taco deli is one of the few places I frequent and luckily I have never gotten sick from it. I would have give them 5 stars if their was more consistent served warm. They seem to have conflict between kitchen staff and front end workers on occasion and that makes for bad service. Which is such a shame, because it really is delicious.

Go on Wednesday! And if you get cold food, tell them, so they can remake it. It's worth it to have hot food, because it really is tasty. Plus, you're paying for a hot meal!“

“The staff is always friendly here. I love their number 17. It's a philly cheesesteak sandwich which they cook on the grill right there in front of you. The last visit there , I noticed a manager doing an interview and I was very impressed with him because he went through all the details of everything that they do in order to make the customer experience a good one. I will not be coming to this location again. I order another fry, and wait for a little bit. I went up and ask for a refund do to having to go. The staff worked it out and got my fries to me and gave me a refund. I give them credit for making it right when they messed up.“

It also looks like the restaurant recently had some interior updates, and the dining room has been upgraded. It's clean, fresh, and a nice place to sit down.

People say fast food is just fast food, but this location is the exception. Every time we've ordered, whether for pickup or through the drive-thru, the fries and beef patties have tasted fresh, and it's been consistent, not a one-time fluke. We even choose this spot for our pickup orders when there are closer options along our route.

“In the past week, I’ve visited the Coit location in Plano twice. Both times I’ve had unresolved issues. Today, I went into the restaurant to report my concern to the on duty manager, Christina. On 09/04/23, I went thru the drive thru and order the Caniac Combo with no coleslaw and no toast, but with extra fries. I repeated my order 4 times. 3 times at the drive thru kiosk and once at the window. I even had the crew members repeat my order back to me and they still got it wrong. So, I pulled up and went inside to have them fix it, only to get home and find the replacement items hard and cold. On 09/08/23 my wife went by to order me the exact same thing. When she got home, there were no extra fries and the drink order was wrong. I’ve been eating Canes for the past 10 years and have never experienced this before. Your food is too costly to have these types of mistakes and poor customer service. So today, I went into the store and spoke with the on duty manager. I explained my concern clearly and she in turn explained that she had several new employees and some were still in training. She offered to make the order again herself. Which I said ok. However, I wasn’t expecting that I would be charged this time around since I’d previously paid for wrong orders. As opposed to refusing, I paid and decided to contact corporate. As minor as it appears, I need a resolution to this issue.“

“Good sandwiches & side items. Came here for lunch early this week during work store visit nearby. It was busy with lunch crowd but the service was quick & friendly. The vibe was nice I’m restaurant, busy with everyone having a good time eating & catching up. First time at this location, was not sure what to order but the staff was quick to make recommendations when I asked for meaty & cheesy sandwich. I was so hungry I went ahead & added a cup of chili which definitely hit the spot along with drink & Cheetos. The staff at register actually recognized me from another job they used to work at, great friendly service & was nice to be remembered! Good lunch spot whether in a hurry or to sit down for a good warm meal, good quality & service with a smile. If you like sandwiches and variety this is a good place to come to. 😁“
