“My husband and I were there 8/27/22. The food was good but the place was a mess. Food on the floor. Garbage bin running over so we could not use it. Lots of help(kids) just Messing around acting silly and loud. Drink station dirty and condiments need tending. We have been here before and witnessed the same thing. It needs cleaning and some adult supervision. I’ve never written a review before but after experiencing this here before I felt I needed to inform someone. All this doesn’t make me want to come back. A manager in training tried and seemed to be only person really working as the kids just seemed oblivious to helping.“

Today is June 14th 2026 and this an update, we ate there yesterday and for the 1st time ever we were not happy with their food, my grilled chicken sandwich was cold and tasted like it’s been setting in a warmer all day. The customer service was great like always but the food was below average.“

“I ordered three tenders, fries, and a drink. It was good and the tenders were a good size, but it was EIGHTEEN+ dollars. That's overpriced in my opinion. And they were a bit skimpy on the fries. At that price I expect fries to be bursting out of my to go box like a fat mans belly in a tube top!“

“I had a wonderful experience at Auntie Anne’s! They just had their soft opening this week under new management, and it definitely shows. MJ was incredibly polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. He made the experience even better with his excellent customer service.

The almond pretzel was absolutely delicious, fresh, warm, and full of flavor. I also tried the pineapple smoothie, and it was amazing, refreshing and the perfect complement to the meal.

MJ also shared that they’re hoping to have their McKinney location open by next week, which is exciting news! I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out. Wishing the team continued success with the new management and upcoming expansion!“

“I have been to this location many times over the years. The experience was almost always disappointing. It usually ended with me swearing off Burger King for 6 months. I recently read the new CEO was on a mission to fix quality so i decided to give it a try. I’m very pleased that my last 3 visits here over the past few weeks have been outstanding. It’s like a 1985 burger king with quality food again. Burgers looked like the picture they show in advertisements. Food was hot and orders have been perfect. I’m now telling everyone I know to give them a try again. Best fast food in town atm in my opinion.“

“WOW!! First time into this store of JJ’s today about 3:45 pm and was taken back by the two super nice and super cool young dudes managing the place. They work well together and their service is quick. Ordered the Thai & Mighty wrap and was awesomely impressed by its freshness, delicious taste & crunchiness. “This Golden Chick on 544 is one of the newer spots, and you can tell they take pride in it. My friend and I went here for a work lunch—he picked it because he loves Golden Chick, and I have to admit, the food did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, tasty, and came out quick.

What stood out the most was the manager. He came out to speak with us, checked in on how things were going, and I noticed he did the same with everyone else who walked through the door. That kind of personal attention makes a difference—you don’t always see that these days, but it creates a welcoming atmosphere right away.

The restrooms were spotless (yes, I checked, I always do 😊), and the whole place felt clean and well kept. My only small thought—no ice-cream machine here. I always thought every Golden Chick had that, but maybe this one’s different. Either way, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our meal and experience. This location is one I’ll gladly come back to again.

“I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because there were dozens teenage kids just blocking entrance/exit. A manager came to the window and told me to becareful and I appreciate that. Young kids hanging out isn't a issue its better than running the streets or doing something they shouldn't but it was extremely crowded to enter or exit.“
