“This was almost a 1 star review because the chicken I got was inedible when I first got it last Thursday. It was old and dry and tiny. However when I went back for a remake on Saturday it was an entirely different story and the manager was very apologetic. He gave me extra for the trouble and it was super yummy. He said sometimes the chicken shows up frozen after being breaded and it ruins it. I recommend going here but check the quality before you head home to be sure it's a good batch.“
“This was my first time visiting a Pollo Regio and I enjoyed everything about it. Good food, and friendly service from Javier. Really liked their chips and salsa bar, and you get a good amount of food. Got the burrito and half a chicken. Everything was fresh and delicious. Definitely would come again.“
“The food is great but only if you go during peak hours after that it feels reheated and chicken tastes dry, music can be a little to loud if you’re dining in. however I keep coming back to this place for the excellent service. “Our waitress was phenomenal. Loved her friendly vibe. (Some people don’t like a conversational waitress but she was incredibly pleasant and fun.) My husband was craving some fried chicken. This was my suggestion. The food was very good except we had burned green beans. My favorite was the biscuit. The restaurant itself seemed a little tight as far as table organization but it’s known for big family gatherings, so no real worries there.“
“I placed a catering order with these guys 2 hours before I needed it, and somehow, they were able to fill the order. I dropped it off with one of my customers. They put on an awesome spread for the price and it comes with all of the serving utensils as well. Everything looks so good that I decided to come back for lunch. I spoke with one of the managers and he recognized me from when I stopped in for the catering pick up. I believe his name was adrian. He was super Hospital and friendly. The food was delicious, well seasoned and fresh. Not only will I be back for lunch again in the future but will be doing many more catering orders with this company.“

The chicken was very yummy that was on myNachos, but the cheese sauce.. oh bless, it was straight from a can from dollar store. I tossed the extra I got, and managed to eat it when mixed with everything else. The guacamole was horrendous as well.I would come back and try something without the cheese.
