“I will never forget my experience at Babe’s Chicken—not just because of the amazing food, but because of the incredible kindness and compassion their staff showed my family during what became the scariest and most traumatic day of our lives. I had just gotten my amazing biscuits when I suddenly experienced a medical emergency. My placenta had abrupted, and I ended up almost losing my life in their bathroom. What happened next is something I will forever be grateful for. The entire Babe’s team immediately stepped up to help. They moved tables and chairs in front of the bathrooms to give me privacy and make sure no one could come back there while we waited for the ambulance to get me out safely. The manager on duty went above and beyond. They packed up all of our food, sent it home with my sister-in-law, and told us it was on the house. In the middle of an emergency, when they absolutely could have simply focused on their business, they chose to show compassion and take care of my family. I was rushed to Medical City Frisco, where I had an emergency C-section and gave birth to my beautiful baby girl, Sienna, at just 27 weeks. She is a little fighter, and our family is incredibly grateful that she is here. What could have been just another dinner at Babe’s Chicken became a moment I will remember for the rest of my life. Their customer service was truly top tier, but more importantly, their humanity was unforgettable. During one of the most frightening moments my family has ever experienced, the Babe’s staff treated me with dignity, kindness, and genuine care. Thank you to everyone at Babe’s Chicken who helped us that night. You may not realize just how much your actions meant to us, but we will never forget them.“

“I got the classic vegan burger, fries, and a coke. Good old fashioned American lunch, but cruelty-free. They also have the vegan burger made another way, with a green bun, but i didn't get that this time. The burger was great, with a good melty vegan cheese. The fries are really crispy and tasty. “I went to Chick-fil-a today to redeem a free vanilla cold brew coffee from the app. The vanilla syrup was so strong it gave me a headache. Paula gave me some options and re-made my drink. Paula gave great customer service. She was so nice to remake my drink, I don't enjoy complaining and she was very patient with me.“

“We stopped by this place after a grocery run with the kids. Tyler was incredibly quick and kind. He ensured our order was accurate before closing it, making the process smooth and efficient. We left so quickly that it made our day much easier. This place is fortunate to have such a talented young man!“

“Went to Chick fil A after a busy day and got the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries. The sandwich was hot and the fries were fresh when I got them. The line looked crazy but it moved super fast. The staff was friendly too. Def a go to when u need a quick meal.“

“Today my family and I chose Bojangles for lunch. My youngest is 18 months old and has recently started tantrums. While we waited for our order, he started screaming and crying. I went to the counter and asked if we could have our food to-go instead because we didn't want to bother other customers in the restaurant. Momma T and Kiki both quickly brought out a little cup of whipped cream for my kids and, "no, you deserve to sit down and have a good lunch." My wife almost started crying. They spent our entire visit coming back to check on us and our kids to make sure that we were all happy and comfortable. While the food here is delicious, the service and kindness from the employees is even better. I've never wanted to stay or come back into a restaurant simply because the employees were so nice. They treated us like family and we are going to make sure we keep coming back. Kiki and Momma T deserve all the love for how well they do their jobs, going above and beyond for people.“
