I was in the area of this Bojangles Store#002066 and purchased Family Meal $67.42 on 4/16 Got home and I purchased double fries and a chicken sandwich with tenders ,biscuits and tea I got home 25 mi away NO sandwich or fries in box Called back and was told I’d have to come back to get another sandwich and fries No digital card nothing Customer Service should be better
Today my family and I chose Bojangles for lunch. My youngest is 18 months old and has recently started tantrums. While we waited for our order, he started screaming and crying. I went to the counter and asked if we could have our food to-go instead because we didn't want to bother other customers in the restaurant. I tried to order your food from DoorDash. The picture shows a box of bone-in fried chicken, mac & cheese, and dirty rice. However, you don't actually offer ANY of those items in this region. You only sell boneless chicken, slaw, and fries. Yes, your biscuits are delicious, but I am so disappointed that you refuse to offer your full menu. I will go back to Popeye's.
