They took my phone order 10 minutes before closing time and were enthusiastic about it! That made me feel very welcomed as a customer. What a great team of guys and gals. I’m loving their work ethic & attitude! You bet I’ll be coming back for more.
I just wanted to say keep it up! Lately I've noticed a decline in customer service at grocery stores and other food establishments, lack of eye contact, no greeting or saying goodbye to customers. Not at Jersey Mikes though! You have amazing, friendly staff, and the food is tasty and the place is always clean. Keep it up!-happy patron
