Someone needs to train the staff in the concept of “extra” toppings. Order extra onions and get one little piece of onion on one of two sandwiches totaling $30. For $30, I expect extra onions.

I just wanted to say keep it up! Lately I've noticed a decline in customer service at grocery stores and other food establishments, lack of eye contact, no greeting or saying goodbye to customers. Not at Jersey Mikes though! You have amazing, friendly staff, and the food is tasty and the place is always clean. Keep it up!-happy patron

Went in today for lunch! They were busy but the line moved at a speedy rate. While in line, I was paying attention to the great customer service from everyone on the line. They were happy and in a great mood while making conversation with each and every one of us. I sat inside and noticed how clean this store is. I can’t wait to come back!
