I looked the waitress directly in the eyes and asked for a DELUXE chicken sandwhich... soon as I saw the sandwhich in the bag I knew I was cooked, they have teenagers there that half ass your orders frequently other than that its still Chick-fil-A so its fine
They really need to stop blocking one entrance and put up drive through barriers instead. You have to drive around the building, watch out for the idiots in the drive through that don't look and will drive into you just to park. I am disabled and this morning could not get out of my space as 2 drive through lanes blocked me I. Of course that was after trying to get to my car as not 1 but 2 lanes were stopped on top of the cross walk.
The staff was very friendly, especially to kids. And the playground is clean and well-maintained. We happened to see the manager training a new hire about the company history, and can see how they value their culture and legacy.

Chick-fil-A is a restaurant that offers great service and great food. The team is friendly, attentive, and quick to serve. They have a good selection of different chicken sandwiches, wraps, chicken salad, nuggets, and tenders. Some of their seasonal sandwiches, like the one with pimento cheese and peppers, are outstanding. They also serve frosted lemonade. The service at this Chick-fil-A is outstanding, with prompt and efficient service, even in the drive-thru. However, one location has had issues with their shake machine, which is often not working. Despite this, the staff at Chick-fil-A are known for their phenomenal customer care, going above and beyond to help their customers, even in difficult situations. They are quick to serve and genuinely care about their customers, making it one of the best dining experiences around.
