JV’s customer service 10/10! his kindness made a slightly irritating experience not at all frustrating by demonstrating excellent customer service, listening and coming up with an efficient solution to my order being improperly made (spent almost $30 on food,) ordered a bbq 10 inch sub, chips, and a sweet tea. gets here, sammich? cold and had no cheese or pickles like i ordered it online. chips? not in the bag. sweet tea? not sweet. so what do i do? Super good service! We went in just before closing and the lady was super helpful and friendly. It was our first time trying Which Wich and she went beyond to help us with our choices. Quality was also super fresh! Highly recommend for some good and fresh food. We ordered the black bean patty bowl. Best part is the wide variety of options for vegetarians!

Which Wich on Eldorado Parkway in Frisco offers super good service and super fresh food. The manager JV is friendly and kind, demonstrating excellent customer service by listening and coming up with an efficient solution. JV hooked it up, remade the order himself, and the food was hot when delivered. He also came in clutch with 3x sun chips, a hand written note apologizing, a refund, a sweet tea, and a root beer. Santos and Nicole and Sai are also amazing and always friendly. The quality is super fresh, and the restaurant is clean and inviting. The Chicken Pesto Sandwich was absolutely delicious with incredibly fresh bread and spot on flavors. The black bean patty bowl is a great option, with a wide variety of options for vegetarians. The sandwiches are good, but the service is what makes customers come back. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to take great care of everyone. However, the sandwich width and portion sizes are getting smaller. Overall, this location is highly recommended for some good and fresh food.
