I believe his name is Jason he was in the drive thru around 3:11 today absolutely amazing thank you so much I was already hungry lol and at the door of getting overwhelmed and you totally made my day keep being great!! Thank you again!
I went to Chick-fil-a today to redeem a free vanilla cold brew coffee from the app. The vanilla syrup was so strong it gave me a headache. Paula gave me some options and re-made my drink. Paula gave great customer service. She was so nice to remake my drink, I don't enjoy complaining and she was very patient with me.
The customer service I received this morning (Friday, 09/18) from KYLER was absolutely outstanding! He is a great example of how to interact and take care of customers. He was so polite & helpful with selections. He definitely set the tone for my visit and made my overall experience a great one! -THANK YOU KYLER!!!
