“I ordered two crispy beef tacos, a party tostada and a fountain drink. It took a while to place my order, since there wasn't anyone working the front counter. The person working the drive thru was also responsible for the front counter. The drive thru took precedence. I waited for about 5 minutes. Once I ordered, the cashier forgot to add my tostada to the meal. She had to charge me separately for it, once I realized that it was missing on my pickup tray. The employees were all friendly but a bit understaffed. The food was fresh, but the tostada was a bit colder than I would have liked. There was a self-serve condiment bar with Pico de Gallo, cilantro, chopped white onions, red salsa, and jalapenos. I noticed that there was a Dallas Cowboys souvenir cup on the counter. As I was leaving, I inquired about the cup to see how I could get one. I was told that you had to order a medium-sized fountain drink. Since I had ordered a small drink, I didn't get one. They were nice enough to hand me a cup anyway, as I was leaving. The place was very clean, bright, and pretty empty at the time. I went at 4 p.m. so it wasn't a typical time to be ordering food. The drive-thru service was efficient, and the staff remained courteous and upbeat despite the weather. “The shrimp was great. The catfish w as s rad under cooked. Fell apart while eating it. I like mine justxa hair more done. Great flavor though. All around it was a pretty good meal. I ask for coctail sause. Wasn't in bag when I got home.“
“I love this subway and visit quite often, the ladies inside are super nice. Although I would like the sandwiches to be better built (I'm rather picky) I think it's a great place. The veggies are always fresh too, no soggy and days old looking greens.“

“This was my first time trying Hawaii Bros. The young lady that helped me was sweet, patient and provided excellent customer service. She provided us with suggestions and allowed us to sample them before purchase. As we waited she offered us samples of the soft serve flavors and they were amazing. We came back the very next day so my other daughter could order(the food was great btw) This time a young man helped us and he was wonderful as well, allowing my daughter to sample items. The building was clean and well kept. I highly recommend this location(Greenville). We will be back.#regulars. “I Love Charley’s, they are the only place I come for cheesesteaks. I always get the teriyaki chicken with no tomatoes and extra pickles for the crunch. When I wanted Charley’s before I had to go to one of the Malls in my area. Now I just have to drive down the street.“

He greeted me, took my order correctly, suggested an additional item, offered condiments and handed me my order shortly thereafter. He was smiling and it showed he was filled with amazing good energy. Great addition to the team at Beltline Rd. location right next to Red Crab. He needs a promotion and raise; awesome customer service executed naturally.“
