“For the first time ever I decided to try Charley’s. The food was delicious and fresh. Every single bite was just as good as the first one. Most of all I would love to take a moment to thank the cashier (RUBY). When I first walked in she was already assisting another customer and with very well time management she serviced them and I at the same time. She had a very positive attitude the entire time giving the fact that she was the only person working at the moment. I arrived around 4:31:04 pm and received my food within less than 10 minutes. I left the restaurant around 5:10pm and she was still working alone providing the best customer service I’ve ever seen.“

“I just went there couple mins ago, the guy was so sweet and patient with us. This was the first time I ever went and saw them on instagram for weeks now and just went today. The mini pancakes with Nutella and Oreos and cinnamon crunch was so good, I’m not a big fan of pancakes but it was good and what got me was the fruit, they had fresh strawberries, they come with bananas but I can’t have that but other then that the place was clean and very good energy all around!!!“

“I was driving down the street trying to find something new. I saw a drive thru slider spot. There was a sign that said from like 11 to 2pm you could get a buy 1 get 1 free on combos everyday! The options of sliders was great! I tried the Hangover, the original cheeseburger one, and the chicken sandwich. The Cajun fries were good, but I didn't like the honey mustard. It has a stange taste to it. But the chicken tenders were the best taste I had in a while. Definitely going here for tenders over Raising Cane's. I haven't tried the shake just yet but I'm very pleased. And definitely going back.“

I never get tired of eating chicken from this place and the fries are delicious. I recommend this to anyone and everyone friends and family, calling your order before time and with 10 to 15 minutes. It’s ready. It is a very busy place and it is in a little shopping center. And the owner is an Asian older lady that shares very nice has great customer service.“

“We took a school(homeschool)tour at this location (Mockingbird Dallas) and got to see behind the scenes , we saw the kitchen, and everything is very clean and the food is really fresh! The manager Daniel was fantastic and Rachel was super kind! The food was great as always, but it was great to learn about their entire food preparation process, knowing that they use fresh beef! They wash their lettuce, the potatoes for the fries are fresh and cut daily.If we already liked In N Out before, now we love it!“

“We first went to Poppa’s just to try something new. Then we went back the following day as well! The environment is inviting. The family/staff are courteous and warm.

ENOUGH ABOUT THAT... LET’S GET TO THE FOOD!! OMG!! Did you NOT notice that we went 2 DAYS IN A ROW!!! The food was ridiculous!!! The FIRST DAY we had the 2pc fish and wings! The fish was some of the BEST SWAI I have EVER eaten. Perfectly breaded and seasoned and piping HOT! If you like the taste of catfish... you will LOVE Swai even more. Light, flaky, and tasty with a smooth fish taste. If you ever try it, you will NEVER go back to catfish. The wings were thoroughly cooked and wonderfully season. We also had the chicken salad. You know a salad is good, when you eat it WITHOUT THE DRESSING!!!

The SECOND DAY... well, I will let the picture speak for themselves. If you are near Ledbetter Dart Station, go try Poppa’s ... you will NOT be disappointed!!“

He does appreciate his regular customers from what his staff tells us, by sometimes on occasion, giving a FREE COOKIE! We usually get the free cookie as proof! Nothing better than a free cookie ?. That’s the kind of customer appreciation I look for and that’s why we come here nearly every day for a FRESHLY MADE SANDWICH! “I visited this Panda last week Saturday and Sunday.(9/8&9/9) This lady,I first interacted with was magnificent and greeted me .I didn't get her name, but she was short, polynesian/ Asian. She was serving the rice and noodles. The line was long and she perfected her job. She directed 2 separate lines; one line for customers waiting to pay ,and the other line for ordering. She had a system. My flight was delayed and came back on Sunday. This time she was working harder. The line was longer than Saturday. I sat at the bar watching this woman work. I felt bad for her because she did not receive help from her co-workers. I am a restaurant owner ,and I would like to compliment her hard work. I heard several customers complimenting her such as " You're a super woman" , "You're doing it all" , "Wow, you're fast", " Are you by yourself?", " They should be helping you"... This lady continued serving. I hope she gets recognized , she is good. It is hard to find good workers nowadays. Thank you Lady for serving me,and may God bless you.“
