We also thoroughly enjoyed the Laura salad. Portions were huge, and we have dinner for tomorrow. Try the spicey olive oil on your pizza. The staff is the BEST! First class operation indeed. “Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“This place exceeded expectations on every level. Atmosphere was cozy for date night dinner before my wife and I went to see Nate Bargatze. The Food at all ends were alive with flavor kicking. The service was attentive and caring, just excellent. We started with The spinach artichoke dip. amazing, the chips (I believe their famous Italian nacho chips and homemade Garlic bread slices came together like a flavor family. My wife ordered the Primavera with chicken and the cream Parmesan sauce. out worldly, amazing. I would eat that sauce on everything. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Penne. A wonderful fusion of Sharp sundried tomatoes, sauteed Garlic cloves sauce and chicken. the spice was excellent as well, not overpowering like the star of the show, but rather a supporting actor that let you know they were there. The portions were very generous. don't expect to finish your entire dish, we went hungry and left with 1/3 of each of our entrees. I would recommend this place to anyone in Dallas, or going to Dallas..I would even recommend to the owners to venture down to Houston, as we could use this in our city. You would be missing out if you didn't come through this place at least once.“

“This is a good place. The have treated me with kindness and respect. I am a traveling field service technician. I sometimes have unusual hours. one morning I stopped here well before they had opened up and even though the were preparing for the day they opened up and made me breakfast. “Disappointed visit. Been to NA many times but this trip left us a little disappointed. They were out of a favorite meal (short rib) and the steak frites that we ordered as a substitute had little flavor and was underwhelming. The blackened fish tacos were made with Salmon and not blackened as we could tell. Service was good and the GM was apologetic about the short rib and explained why it was not offered that night. The restaurant was just not hitting on all cylinders that night. Although we left disappointed, it won't stop us from going back again will just take a while to get it back in the rotation.“
