“Great food, service and atmosphere.“

“Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“We were driving by the area. Wewere recommended of arestaurant that was closed on Monday's. We ended up on ChopShop.What a great place! We did love the ambiance, personality and ended up loving tha food. Incredible Strawberry Lemonade. My Thai Coconut chicken and my wife Theriyaki Chicken were superb. “Olive Garden in Irving is one of the best locations I have visited! The food and service and atmosphere are always spot on.

We had my brother Mitch visit their as part of a loss bet. The manager Karen was so great to help and make sure that everyone joined in on the fun. Having Mitch twirl when they said tutu and pose in the bar.

We hear that they will be posting pictures online and have even asked if Mitch will visit other locations or come back. We hope this is true 🙏 as he has a number of other deliveries to do. Thanks again!“

“Delicious food! Beautiful people with such welcoming spirits! We ordered the stuffed pizza and the crust was crispy on the outside, buttery tasting from tip to crust. It melts in your mouth during the bite. And the tomato sauce that comes with it takes it over the top! Definitely a hidden gem in the Irving mall!🤤🫠❤“

They don’t have your typical boring 4 salads you see at every restaurant either! Highly recommend if you’re wanting something healthy AND tasty! Seems like you get one or the other at most places. “Visited this restaurant for lunch and this time I brought the family and we tried different foods from the menu. The chicken and beef fajitas were so delicious and well seasoned, the chicken fried steak was cooked to perfection and the gravy made it a heavenly food item. The sweet tea satisfied my thirst from an outside temperature of 98 degree farenheit. Our waitress was so friendly and ready to serve our children as well, as our children enjoyed their cheeseburgers and chicken tenders meals. She made our experience a great one and highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion.“

“The sandwiches were good but it would have been really nice to have some unprocessed meat. Some actual roast beef, roast turkey or something else that wasn't processed even if it was an extra cost. We had two sandwiches and for some reason they are quite bland. They need some flavored sauces or something to go on it to add a little kick. The ambiance has a retro feel and I love how they have in the bottle soft drinks like orange crush. It's great nostalgia.“

“Our group from U&I Redefining Disabilities visited this Chick-fil-A the past three days with a group of clients from a count of 11-25, and it was an outstanding experience. The staff was extremely friendly. Austin and the other staff took our orders with a smile, they was very patient with our clients whose speech is difficult to understand. Everyone's food was hot and fresh and Parker surprised everyone with a free ice cream or chocolate chip cookie. Your kindness made our few days very special. We definitely will be back!“

“I placed a catering order (boxed lunch) for a training session at work, and was thoroughly impressed. From ordering online to pickup everything was great. The order was ready on time and the manager walked the order to my car. The order was even packaged in very nice chick fil A catering bags which kept the 38 boxes lunch order organized and warm. The meal was nice and warm when I arrived back to work which was a 15 min drive. Each boxed meal had a sandwich, bag of chips and a cookie. As well as mayo, mustard, small plate, napkins and a knife. the fine details were great!

The only thing I would recommend is to allow more sauces per meal. The website only allows for 1 sauce per meal which is not enough. Other than that it was fantastic and a hit with the work team.“
