“The food was good shrimp scampi with salad. The additional zuppa toscana was good but took much liquid-had to pour off and the kale in the soup wasn't much at all. I had u cooked greens of some sort. I took a pic but I guess I'm unable to attach. That was disappointing.“

Micah greeted me with a smile, asked for my name, and even asked if I wanted to scan my Chick-fil-A app for rewards. Honestly, that simple question stood out because I hadn’t been asked that in a very long time. I was just telling some friends recently that it felt like the true Chick-fil-A values and customer service experience had started to fade a little, but Micah gave me hope again.

While taking my order, he noticed I had rewards available in the app for the item I was ordering and suggested I use them so I could get the item for free. I use the Chick-fil-A app often, and no one has ever pointed that out to me before. Because of Micah paying attention and genuinely caring, I ended up saving money on something I was fully prepared to pay for.

I also asked him about one of the drinks Chick-fil-A was offering, and he gave me his recommendation. I tried it, and it was actually really good. Before finishing the order, he carefully went back over everything with a smile and told me to have a great day.

That was probably the best $10 I’ve spent in a long time, and honestly, the Chick-fil-A tasted even better because of the experience Micah provided. I even stopped at the drive-thru exit to speak with a manager because I wanted them to know how much of an impact he made.

I believe great employees deserve recognition, so I wanted the world to know about Micah. If you stop by Chick-fil-A and see him, make sure you say hello!“

“Visited the establishment with family, I had a few drinks and they were great. Establishment seemed well secured and the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Music was great, however…. it can be a bit crowded due to people standing around to watch others dance. Overall, it was nice and I heard good things about the food.“

Cat was the manager on duty today & handled the lunch rush with complete poise. “Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“Today was my second visit. Ordered a Turkey burger. It was great as usual. But this time I had sweet potato fries that wasn't over cooked or soggy. Forgot to say light mayo and nor salt on my fries. However, I’ve made me a not for next time. Everything was great. Of course, I'm going again.“

“Decided to stop by this place as I was in the area, upon entering I was great by a gentleman who instructed that I could sit anywhere. Asked what I should order and he recommended the chicken and waffles as that what the place was well know for. The food was hot and fresh, the red velvet was amazing only down side is the chicken could've had a bit more flavor to it but I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.“

“Last Friday, I ate at this restaurant! Unfortunately, we’ll be down here due to the closure on this restaurant.

The dishes that are below are the garlic knots and a build your own pizza dish. I ate a chopped salad, but didn’t attach the photo due to the quality of it being blurry. Our waitress was nice and she was hospitable.
After dinner, we bought Ice cream at the shop nearby.

Many people were eating outside, but we decided to eat inside. I ordered a topo Chico as my beverage instead of a Shirley Temple. This restaurant has a variety of mocktails.

The food and drinks were absolutely amazing, especially the lamb chops and catfish—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The ambiance is beautiful, with a cozy, stylish vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. Honestly, it’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay all day, just soaking in the good energy. “The beer is good! Amber has “milk stout” coffee tones to it so it is different than what we are used to. As a point of reference we love Austin Amber from Independence Brewing. That said, we DO like stouts though we didn’t try this time. There is not a hefe on the menu but, the IPA stands tall. Foodies: good eats to complement beer. Also, the ordering process for everything is do it yaself! (QR code menu AND ordering.) Some menu items are not yet available so just ask. Yes, we messed up. Staff is friendly and helped us figure things out. They have only been open about a month for food and bev. The brewing warehouse has been around a while. Will visit again especially when the hot wings arrive!“

“Husband and I went to Astra before a show. We used to go to Ellie’s and this was our first time at Astra. The room is very nice and comfortable noise level. We can actually talk to each other ! He had the fish tacos and I had the salmon and both were very good. The vanilla custard for dessert was delicious. I didn’t care too much for the Wellington bites appetizer. Our server Chelsea was super nice and made sure we had our dinner in time to make the show without feeling rushed.“
