“It was pretty quiet for a Friday night and while I'm sure the restaurant would have loved to have been busier we loved that it was nice and chill. We had zero wait and every staff member we interacted with was also super nice and friendly without being obnoxious. The service and the chill atmosphere really made for a nice relaxing Friday dinner. Honestly some of the better restaurant service we've had in a long time. We didn't end up getting drinks but the salad was crisp, and the food was fast, hot, and tasted great.“

“I visited Chick-fil-A recently and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The restaurant seemed very busy and the line was very long but a employee Natalie still walked up to my vehicle and attended me perfectly. She repeated my order and had a smile although even with the sun hitting her right in the face.Her customer service stood out and genuinely improved my visit.
Overall, it was a great meal with excellent service, and I’d definitely come back again. Thanks to Natalie and the team for providing such a smooth experience!“

“I have to change my review, this place used to be a great spot to just sit with friends and watch sports, then they hired a new bartender named Danny from Miami. This guy is a joke! He takes forever to make drinks bc he is non stop talking to other people, and forgets orders.
He vapes behind the bar when people are eating. I told the manager and nothing was done. Breaks glass that’s landed near my drink and I had a minor cut. Instead of doing anything about it I got one replaced drink.
When they actually see what this guy is doing behind the bar we might come back!
We now go across the street to juicy crab! Way better bartenders and no vapes while people are eating literally feet away. Do better“

“Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“If you’re looking for a mom & pop, this is it! 2 people working when we went in and what a team they were. The burger was delish and you can see her making it so you know it’s gonna be hot! Let’s talk about the onion rings OMG just like mom use to make! Delish! I did steal a nugget and they are better than McDonald’s! lol I will make an effort to go again bc it was definitely worth the trip! They even have Mexican Coke! 😍“

“The entire experience was wonderful. Our server, Lorena “Little Bird,” was very attentive and knew her stuff. We had cheesy bread, lasagna, and a meat lovers pizza. The lasagna was phenomenal, so was the pizza. They make everything to order and fresh. You can customize as you wish because nothing is premixed. It was evident. It was so good. “The beer is good! Amber has “milk stout” coffee tones to it so it is different than what we are used to. As a point of reference we love Austin Amber from Independence Brewing. That said, we DO like stouts though we didn’t try this time. There is not a hefe on the menu but, the IPA stands tall. Foodies: good eats to complement beer. Also, the ordering process for everything is do it yaself! (QR code menu AND ordering.) Some menu items are not yet available so just ask. Yes, we messed up. Staff is friendly and helped us figure things out. They have only been open about a month for food and bev. The brewing warehouse has been around a while. Will visit again especially when the hot wings arrive!“

“Good Evening Snappy Salad Dream Team, I would like you to know that I received Exceptional customer service today although I was being totally unreasonable (Trust me I was a total A-hole for 0 reason) ***well I thought I ordered my salad online, big avocado grill salad with salmon and shrimp, and checked out as a guest but apparently I didn’t properly complete my online order ** To tell you the truth, I seriously don’t know what happened but one thing is for certain that these ladies, working at Las Colinas Snappy Salad, are extremely kind and have a heart of Gold even though I threw a total tantrum** Well 1st I got upset with the lady not receiving my NONE complete online order, 2nd I decided to become upset with the lady tossing my salad for not asking me what size I wanted, FYI I lied and said that had visited Snappy Salad before to the 1st girl who didn’t receive NONE complete online order and who also asked me if I hadn’t visited she would like to explain how she could best serve me. The thing is that if you don’t let people know how they can best serve you you’re not going to get what you want** And so I decided to act as if her changing my salad from small to large wasn’t something fixable** but no I wanted to be upset and so I proceeded to complain to the lady ringing me up, which probably was the manager, and stated how upset I was that no one received my order, keep in mind this is my NONE complete online order I’m still fussing about, and no one asked me what size salad I wanted***in the end I was given a FREE salad and felt completely stupid, selfish and embarrassing acting like a BIG Brat this evening**with that being said, I would like to publicly apologize to the entire staff of Snappy Salads in Las Colinas for being such a pain to you all and I would like to thank you all for being exceptionally kind to me even when I was being extremely unreasonable to you all. I am so embarrassed about my attitude and will probably not visit again but if I do I’ll probably send someone else in to get my food or wear a crazy looking wig in hopes of no one recognizing the CRAZY lady ( me). I ordered the chicken pot pie like I always do with a side salad but today the pot pie is watery and when I put the bread in it, it got really mushy. It looked curdled when I opened the container but didn't smell bad. It tastes like they added water to make up my bowl. My husband got the chicken salad sandwich and most of the chicken salad was in the container instead of on the bread. Not very happy how Jason's served us today. 🤨“

“It takes dedication to eat at this Chick Fil A if you're a regular customer... it's inside a hospital, meaning you also have to give your ID and have them search your backpack and purse and go through a detector in order to eat here. The walk is a long journey too, relatively speaking. Delish though as usual. And the cafeteria staff was very sweet :) They have a cool food scanner when you check out“
