“Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“I had their Peachy salad and it was so good! It’s seasonal, which is sad because I want to order it year round. The person making my salad was very nice, and I like that he asked me if I’d like light, medium, or heavy dressing. I’ll come back just to get the peachy salad!“

“Disappointed visit. Been to NA many times but this trip left us a little disappointed. They were out of a favorite meal (short rib) and the steak frites that we ordered as a substitute had little flavor and was underwhelming. The blackened fish tacos were made with Salmon and not blackened as we could tell. Service was good and the GM was apologetic about the short rib and explained why it was not offered that night. The restaurant was just not hitting on all cylinders that night. Although we left disappointed, it won't stop us from going back again will just take a while to get it back in the rotation.“

The thing is that if you don’t let people know how they can best serve you you’re not going to get what you want** And so I decided to act as if her changing my salad from small to large wasn’t something fixable** but no I wanted to be upset and so I proceeded to complain to the lady ringing me up, which probably was the manager, and stated how upset I was that no one received my order, keep in mind this is my NONE complete online order I’m still fussing about, and no one asked me what size salad I wanted***in the end I was given a FREE salad and felt completely stupid, selfish and embarrassing acting like a BIG Brat this evening**with that being said, I would like to publicly apologize to the entire staff of Snappy Salads in Las Colinas for being such a pain to you all and I would like to thank you all for being exceptionally kind to me even when I was being extremely unreasonable to you all. I am so embarrassed about my attitude and will probably not visit again but if I do I’ll probably send someone else in to get my food or wear a crazy looking wig in hopes of no one recognizing the CRAZY lady ( me). “The beer is good! Amber has “milk stout” coffee tones to it so it is different than what we are used to. As a point of reference we love Austin Amber from Independence Brewing. That said, we DO like stouts though we didn’t try this time. There is not a hefe on the menu but, the IPA stands tall. Foodies: good eats to complement beer. Also, the ordering process for everything is do it yaself! (QR code menu AND ordering.) Some menu items are not yet available so just ask. Yes, we messed up. Staff is friendly and helped us figure things out. They have only been open about a month for food and bev. The brewing warehouse has been around a while. Will visit again especially when the hot wings arrive!“

“We bought five cakes for our birthday party. All five were so moist and delicious!! We had the peanut butter cake, red velvet cake, caramel cake, and the strawberry tres leches cake. Everybody at the party LOVED all of them!! You will not be disappointed - so we highly recommend this bakery. They also have soups and sandwiches- the chicken gnocchi soup was better than Olive Garden!!!“

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast.
