“I had one of the best experiences at Chick-fil-A in a long time today. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, Micah showed exactly what Chick-fil-A customer service and values are all about, kindness, hospitality, attention to detail, and making every guest feel appreciated.

Micah greeted me with a smile, asked for my name, and even asked if I wanted to scan my Chick-fil-A app for rewards. Honestly, that simple question stood out because I hadn’t been asked that in a very long time. I was just telling some friends recently that it felt like the true Chick-fil-A values and customer service experience had started to fade a little, but Micah gave me hope again.

While taking my order, he noticed I had rewards available in the app for the item I was ordering and suggested I use them so I could get the item for free. I use the Chick-fil-A app often, and no one has ever pointed that out to me before. Because of Micah paying attention and genuinely caring, I ended up saving money on something I was fully prepared to pay for.

I also asked him about one of the drinks Chick-fil-A was offering, and he gave me his recommendation. I tried it, and it was actually really good. Before finishing the order, he carefully went back over everything with a smile and told me to have a great day.

That was probably the best $10 I’ve spent in a long time, and honestly, the Chick-fil-A tasted even better because of the experience Micah provided. I even stopped at the drive-thru exit to speak with a manager because I wanted them to know how much of an impact he made.

I believe great employees deserve recognition, so I wanted the world to know about Micah. If you stop by Chick-fil-A and see him, make sure you say hello!“

“I have to change my review, this place used to be a great spot to just sit with friends and watch sports, then they hired a new bartender named Danny from Miami. This guy is a joke! He takes forever to make drinks bc he is non stop talking to other people, and forgets orders.
He vapes behind the bar when people are eating. I told the manager and nothing was done. Breaks glass that’s landed near my drink and I had a minor cut. Instead of doing anything about it I got one replaced drink.
When they actually see what this guy is doing behind the bar we might come back!
We now go across the street to juicy crab! Way better bartenders and no vapes while people are eating literally feet away. Do better“

“We were walking by and noticed the cool atmosphere of the restaurant. So we decided to stop in for a drink and some appetizers. The service was over the top great from the whole staff. “Horrible customer service experience tonight at CAVA. We’ve never been to the new CAVA by our house. So we thought we’d take a walk over there and give it a try. We walked in and there were four employees behind the counter. I don’t know how much more obvious we could’ve been that we were brand new to the CAVA experience, but not one of the four employees even greeted us. We took a moment to look at the menu and decided to have the lemon chicken bowl, and the falafel wrap. There were no prices listed for drinks. You should fix that. We literally had to stand there while they kept walking around looking at us and not even saying hello. Finally someone asked if they could help us. I said I’d like the falafel wrap and he promptly walked away without asking what my dining companion wanted. We didn’t know where to stand so we went back to the beginning of the service line. Finally the second guy asked if there was something else we wanted. I told him I wanted the lemon chicken bowl as well. They made up our food silently, no eye contact, no conversation. We got to the checkout and the lady was absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. We paid for our meal and went and sat down. The food was delicious but the inhospitable attitude of the staff was palpable and disappointing. Something needs to be done about the greeting and ordering experience. Systems need to be in place where people feel welcome. If the food weren’t so good, I definitely would never go back. I’m hoping someone will see this and make some effort to put a system in place where people are made to feel welcome at these new restaurants, otherwise, you are doomed. There are literally five other restaurants in the shopping center where this new CAVA is located. If customers want to be treated better, and they only will be treated better at other restaurants, CAVA will close down very quickly.“

“We found Chip’s today by making a wrong turn. It was our first visit of many more to come. We thoroughly enjoyed our made-your-way burgers. “Today I visited Hardwood location & it was the best customer service I have received in a while. I work in the food industry & I pay attention to everything. Cat was the manager on duty today & handled the lunch rush with complete poise. The team was working together so well, communicating, assisting customers & did all of it with a smile on their face, which I know can be difficult during rush. They didn’t break a sweat & were extremely kind. This will always be the location I will go to moving forward! Great work, ladies. 🩷“

“The beer is good! Amber has “milk stout” coffee tones to it so it is different than what we are used to. As a point of reference we love Austin Amber from Independence Brewing. That said, we DO like stouts though we didn’t try this time. There is not a hefe on the menu but, the IPA stands tall. Foodies: good eats to complement beer. Also, the ordering process for everything is do it yaself! (QR code menu AND ordering.) Some menu items are not yet available so just ask. Yes, we messed up. Staff is friendly and helped us figure things out. They have only been open about a month for food and bev. The brewing warehouse has been around a while. Will visit again especially when the hot wings arrive!“

The dishes that are below are the garlic knots and a build your own pizza dish. I ate a chopped salad, but didn’t attach the photo due to the quality of it being blurry. Our waitress was nice and she was hospitable.
After dinner, we bought Ice cream at the shop nearby.

Many people were eating outside, but we decided to eat inside. I ordered a topo Chico as my beverage instead of a Shirley Temple. This restaurant has a variety of mocktails.

I ordered the chicken pot pie like I always do with a side salad but today the pot pie is watery and when I put the bread in it, it got really mushy. It looked curdled when I opened the container but didn't smell bad. It tastes like they added water to make up my bowl. My husband got the chicken salad sandwich and most of the chicken salad was in the container instead of on the bread. Not very happy how Jason's served us today. 🤨“
