“My husband and I haven’t been to Olive Garden in over six years due to a poor experience. Also, we would much rather prefer going out for steak and other delectable foods. However, we decided to try Olive Garden one more time on a whim. Since I am pregnant it’s been hard to find places to eat so that’s another reason we suddenly chose Olive Garden. Our experience at the Mesquite location exceeded our expectations. There was a slight issue about the wait for our food, however we didn’t have a chance to complain because the Manager Marty took care of everything. She came to our table, explained what happened and offered a complimentary dessert and a gift card to invite us back for a better experience. She was really kind and professional. She took care of the problem before it even began. Our server Saint did his best to make sure we were comfortable. We brought our toddler and he had his food right away which definitely helped. The chef came by as well to deliver our food and to make sure we were okay with quality. It is very rare to have great service like this at a restaurant, which is quite impressive. And for a manager to take care of an issue before it became a problem. We definitely will be going back and recommending this place to our friends and family! Great Job guys!“
“I like stopping in for a comfortable lunch. It can get pretty busy depending on the day of the week. But I try to go either before or after the lunch rush. Tomato bisque soup and half of Amy’s turkey sandwich is so good. I like the seafood gumbo soup as well.Vegetarian options: Salad bar and veggie sandwiches“
“Came here to grab some quick lunch. I had the ChocoLatte and the Grilled Chicken bowl. The smoothie was alright - not the biggest fan of the after taste but it wasn’t awful like other people make it seem. The chicken was really good. I did ask them to make sure it was well seasoned. The portion was enough for 2 lunches for me (eating for loss, not gains) but I also don’t eat very big portions.I took my food to go because the location is inside a gym. A little awkward if you’re just trying to have a quiet lunch.I can’t wait to go back and try something else on the menu. I’ll keep trying the smoothies, maybe there’s some with better flavor“
