“The crew at this store are fantastic. I bought a whole dinner there and when I was leaving they noticed they had accidentally added a sandwich to my order. They could have let me drive off without saying a word but they ran out and flagged me down. They offered to give me my money back or pick something else from the store that was close to the value but not less then the value. I picked a couple turkey slices priced a little higher then the sandwich rather then getting the money back. Super happy the crew at this store.”

“I was so mad I had to take one star off but know that I will be returning. I live in Frisco and travel to Mesquite every two months or so and yesterday I so happened to find this spot. The greeting and service was amazing, I mean top notch. Let me start by saying that the young lady whom helped me was very nice and honest so I appreciate that and she even gave suggestions being my first time. I ended up getting the jerk chicken quesadilla which was so good I almost bite my finger off. I also got a medium bizzy body daiquiri with an extra shot which was a hit. I took one star off due to the chicken. I ordered lemon pepper wings and again the lady was honest but those things should not have been sold. They were very small so extra was given so that wasn’t the problem, the problem was the flavor of the wings were very gamely and tasted nothing like chicken. I tried a piece of one and ended up throwing them in the trash.”

He prebussed, he got us drink refills, brought us pizza and dessert and was just the sweetest! This is our usual Friday lunch spot but the experience was elevated today bc of the wonderful worker! “This place is very neat and tidy for a pan place. Every week I bring my two children in to get pan, and the cashier lady is so sweet to them, talking to them. The pastries are also evenly set out and neatly placed. It's a very nice establishment.

The have alot of space to chill and drink your drinks. Cozy seats. The drinks are amazing. We had the tropical rainbow slushy, and the tropical fruit sunrise. If you want dessert that they have you have to make sure the bakers are there if not no dessert. The customer service is also great and they’re very helpful with helping you pick a drink and knowledgeable about the menu. They even have little games you can pull out and play,I’ll be back again thank you guys.”

“This place is the best MEXICAN food around. Some DFW people think queso is Mexican food. It's not. It's TexMex, which is not what Dos Panchas serves. This is Mexican food, which has little to NO YELLOW CHEESE. PLEASE ignore the negative reviews, for they are usually written by people who don't know the difference between Mexican and TexMex. (ALSO, the literacy rate displayed in most negative reviews shows that the authors are not very well-educated. Coincidence?) I recommend the "Robert's Plate" which is not on the printed menu, but in the computer. It's 3 eggs, Carne guisada, beans, papas, salsa verde, flour tortillas, cafe canelo.”

The line was long and moved slowly for this visit (roughly 30 minutes to order). It was very, very hot inside. I don't know if they were being stingy with the thermostat or if there was something wrong with the system. I probably won't return to this location unless it's cool outside

We had to go to the register area to get additional napkins, limes, and a to-go container. I recommend they work on their housekeeping and customer service. I also didn't check my receipt for additional fees 20% gratuity fees(mentioned on others previous reviews). If that's the case I might reconsider if I will be going back.?”

“UPDATE: This SubWay is getting much much better since that unpleasant experience last summer. The manager and the people working here are actually very friendly most of the time so why judge by one bad experience? To top it off, they always have the ingredients for my favorite sub sandwich in stock. The only downside: it takes a little while to get through the queue.

“We got 1 chili cheese dog - the bun of which tasted like paper, and 2 burger meals, which include fries and a med drink. Went through the drive- thru, and received outstanding service. The food was fresh and quite tasty. The cost was unreasonable. Almost $40 for the above mentioned meal. Whatever. We paid it and ate it. Not likely to return. It's like maybe 26 dollars good, but not 38 dollars good.”

“Driving by today in a place I’m not normally at made me stumble upon this location that I didn’t even know about! These were a staple growing up in Waco, it’s almost like comfort food from my childhood. I probably looked like a crazy person running in the front door like someone was chasing me, but 2 years between me and Bush’s Chicken is too long.
I might’ve cried in the parking lot while shoving a tender roll in my facehole, I don’t know, I blacked out somewhere in the middle of my sweet tea.

“Great! Well worth the 60 mile round trip to get there! The staff were all very friendly. Anyone that grew up with Pancho's will likely enjoy this location and will know what I mean. Anyone who didn't, may not. Pancho's is not Mexican food, not Spanish food, not Tex-Mex food...it is a food style of its own. Lots of choices, and all you can eat. Be sure to end with the sopapillas. No more "raise the flag" for service, but my waitress checked back with me frequently so no problems there. The restaurant is not fancy. It's been there for a long time, and it may not be in the most prosperous strip shopping center, but it was clean. The lady's rest room could use some work, but better than many of the places I've been to. I highly recommend this Mesquite location to anyone with a craving for Pancho's.”
