I brought it to the managers attention and he just became argumentative, and said this is what his customers want. No problem, we won't be back.”

A special appreciation to our server, Jesus, who provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks stayed full and that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. His positive attitude and great recommendations made our visit even better.

“I owe the chicken with shrimp blacken. It had homemade mash potatoes. The chicken was so so delicious. I'm not too crazy about white meat breast chicken, but this was a best. Chicken I ever eaten it was so moist. The shrimp was great. Everything was great. The waiter was so respected, and he always said, thank you. His name is Joe, Bob definitely am coming back. I really really love the chicken. And I'm not a chicken breast person but this way that was cooked oh my God I even ate the whole chicken breast

“We enjoyed the atmosphere. The inside is quite cute. We wondered if this was the same Country Burger that used to be at the same intersection but it was on the southwest section about midway down. We were sad to find out that it wasn’t the same. BUT the cheese burger was very good. The fries were a disappointment in flavor and amount given, which is why I gave it a 4. We didn’t try anything else, however a definite 4 for the burger.”

I have 2 babies ages 3 and 1…Wendy’s smirked at me laughing thatI didn’t have tap pay, debit, or cash..Chick-fil-A pretends to be Christian but they also turned us away…

They could have let me drive off without saying a word but they ran out and flagged me down. They offered to give me my money back or pick something else from the store that was close to the value but not less then the value. Honestly, one of the better Mexican food spots I’ve tried! The food was fresh, flavorful, and tasted authentic. The trompo tacos were definitely my favorite — the meat was seasoned really well and the tortillas were fresh. The salsas were also really good, especially if you like a little spice.

The portions were filling, the service was quick and friendly, and the whole place had a nice, casual atmosphere. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their food. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re craving authentic Mexican food and tacos. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

This is Mexican food, which has little to NO YELLOW CHEESE. PLEASE ignore the negative reviews, for they are usually written by people who don't know the difference between Mexican and TexMex. (ALSO, the literacy rate displayed in most negative reviews shows that the authors are not very well-educated. Coincidence?) I recommend the "Robert's Plate" which is not on the printed menu, but in the computer. It's 3 eggs, Carne guisada, beans, papas, salsa verde, flour tortillas, cafe canelo.”

Anyone who didn't, may not. Pancho's is not Mexican food, not Spanish food, not Tex-Mex food...it is a food style of its own. Lots of choices, and all you can eat. Be sure to end with the sopapillas. No more "raise the flag" for service, but my waitress checked back with me frequently so no problems there. The restaurant is not fancy. It's been there for a long time, and it may not be in the most prosperous strip shopping center, but it was clean. The lady's rest room could use some work, but better than many of the places I've been to. I highly recommend this Mesquite location to anyone with a craving for Pancho's.”
