However I ordered 2 salmon bowls and the salmon was too salty to consume but the concept was good. My son enjoyed his bison bowl. Also the gentleman who rung me up was really friendly.“

“I went for the grand opening and the food was amazing! It was so fresh and tasted great! I had the cheesy caprese toast, berry bliss toast, and the grain and berry bowl with an açaí base made fresh açaí from Brazil. The toast was on a thick slice of bread. They actually slice it off the loaf in front of you. You can watch all of your food being prepared, it’s great! I can’t wait to go back and try other menu items. Prices are about $9-13 for most items.“

Steve Long, the owner, had a couple suggestions for me to support my immune system. “I love crisp and green. Their salads are yummy! I'm a fan of their greek salad, but there are many great options. I love that they have so many veggies, plus quinoa and brown rice. You can see them prepping veggies while you order. Everything is always fresh. I'd also say don't miss out on the date night smoothie. It's delish!“
