I am sick with bronchitis and feel it in my chest. I had to call around looking for a specific product. They were the only store close enough that had it in stock. Daniel went above and beyond to help me! I had to bring my kids with me but didn’t have the energy to go into the store with them. I asked if I could purchase the items I need over the phone and just run in and grab them. He offered to run them out to me when I got there. So very kind and thoughtful. Very thankful to be home and recovering with what I need to get healthy. Thank you again!!“

“The store manager reached out and offered to give me a gift card to use on my next order. It was nice of them to do that and really appreciate the offer.

I have been going for the last month to get their juice. 95% of the time, it takes the staff forever to juice my drink even when there are no customers. I also get the same drink and each time it’s different depending on who’s making it. Twice, they got my order wrong and I had to point it out and again wait forever for them to fix it.“

“They have great customer service. They are very friendly and will provide samples of the teas, shakes ect. You can also get waffles . There are vegan options for shakes that are meal replacements. I would recommend if you are trying to lose weight or want to want healthy options. I tried the tea and it takes great and the waffles. I will try more of their products in the future.“

“For 7 weeks following Thanksgiving my dad was hospitalized and in rehab. One day, exhausted and with sickness coming on I stopped into Northlake Health Food. Steve Long, the owner, had a couple suggestions for me to support my immune system. Though in the six weeks that followed I nearly entered an infection many times these two products kept me well through that whole episode. It’s a bit difficult to express in words how grateful I am to Steve for his genuine concern and his suggestions that enabled me to remain healthy and with my dad to his final moments.
