Just got back from traveling and felt a little under the weather today so I looked for a healthy option that offered soup for delivery. I picked the sweet potato curry soup and ordered a side of roasted vegetables to add in - great move on my part! The veggies were flavorful and the soup was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
