Ordered a fountain drink on the app. Got there and there was no ice. Fine, no big deal. Asked if I could swap my drink for a 20 ounce refrigerated bottle instead. She said nope, there’s a price difference! Guess that 40 cent price difference was too much to accommodate for broken equipment. Rather pay more and go to Jersey Mikes instead of dealing with grouchy people everytime.
Really rude staff ,its not my fault they do not comprehend peoples orders correct,staff was upset i corrected her the way i want my order ,I'm paying for my meal a certain way i expect it to be right!!! People if you don't like your job why u work there !!!

The employee was rude to the customer in front of me. I decided to still order. Then I asked the employee was the turkey oven roasted or smoked? She said I DONT KNOW, ITS REGULAR TURKEY. She could have asked if I would like to try a piece. Nothing. She kept saying it’s regular turkey!! Never coming back!!Owners have no idea how much money they loose from terrible customer service!!
