The employee was rude to the customer in front of me. I decided to still order. Then I asked the employee was the turkey oven roasted or smoked? She said I DONT KNOW, ITS REGULAR TURKEY. She could have asked if I would like to try a piece. Nothing. She kept saying it’s regular turkey!! Never coming back!!Owners have no idea how much money they loose from terrible customer service!!

Ordered a fountain drink on the app. Got there and there was no ice. Fine, no big deal. Asked if I could swap my drink for a 20 ounce refrigerated bottle instead. She said nope, there’s a price difference! Guess that 40 cent price difference was too much to accommodate for broken equipment. Rather pay more and go to Jersey Mikes instead of dealing with grouchy people everytime.

Had terrible customer service and the lady working was looking in my car for a baby because I ordered curbside. Sometimes people get sick and don't want to go inside places! So unprofessional and the lady me very uncomfortable. The sandwich wasn't great either.

Ordered a sandwich at 930 pm for pickup. Sandwich was made incorrectly. I tried calling this location 4xs and no one never picked up. I went up there to complain, young lady explained to me the manager only spoke Spanish, thats odd, but whatever. The manager wanted me to drive all the way to the house, dig in garbage and retrieve the uneaten portion of my Sandwich. I will contact Corporate office about this location. Two times I have came here they have messed my order up and one time a friend.went up there and location was closed 2 hours early. Will not recommend or ever go there again.

The absolute worst subway you can go to in dallas. Usually there's only one woman working, and she always has the absolute worst customer service ever. She never smiles, she mumbles the entire time while taking your order. Is slow asf. Will turn customers away depending on what they want so she doesn't have to work / make your order. Doesn't accept coupons in person but over the app your coupons will be valid. The atmosphere is miserable, and so uncomfortable. Need to reach them via phone? Oh the phone number does work, will anyone pick up? Not at all. You can call 30 times back to back and no one will bother to pick up the phone. I seriously doubt encourage anyone who wants subway to visit any other location. The service, customer service, quality, and experience is bottom of the barrel. If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst location. Save your money.

MOLD on the tomatoes!!!!!Long story short, I noticed the tomatoes had mold. When I told the employee all she did was remove the ONE slice of tomatoe from the container!! She continued to prep my sandwich wearing the same gloves. I know I should’ve said something, but I didn’t. Probably because I was so baffled at the fact that she didn’t remove the whole container of contaminated tomatoes. I did not eat the sandwich. I should’ve just walked out.

My husband and I love Subway and this was by far our worst subway experience. We will not be coming back here, the service was beyond poor and we were treated very poorly. We placed an online order on the app and went in before the sandwich was being made. The lady helping us was extremely rude and told my husband multiple times to “go and sit down” when he asked for certain customizations that were unavailable on the app. She also got mad and gave him attitude for asking for a dressing that was unavailable to request on the app. Again, we will not be coming back here thanks to this lady

This my second time coming to this location . Both times they had a attitude because someone walked in and they had to provide service for this (making a sandwhich) today the woman rolled her eyes at me when she grabbed the wrong bread that I asked for . Very unprofessional. The last time I went prior before today the manager was rude to the max .

I went to this Subway and the door was locked when I arrived at 9am. There was a Hispanic lady unboxing the chips and placing them on rack. I knocked to get her attention to let her know the door was still locked. I knocked on it several times and she just ignored me. When it reached 9:08a. She finally turned around and shook her head no. The schedule said this place opens at 9am and I needed to get an order. As a place of business if you say your operation of hours opens at 9a then as a customer that is what to be excepted. Truly a waste of my time.
