The menu is so diverse that you will not get bored at all. Every time I come here I have to order at least 3-4 dishes. (I don't eat it all but I like to have my version of a tasting.)“

Don’t make the mistake I did: the double cheeseburger is a lot of meat. A lot.

Seating is limited to a couple of awkward bar tops. There outside seating, but in this heat?

Wear disposable clothing, you’ll smell like the kitchen when you leave.“

You park and someone comes up to you, and you flash your lights on apparently to get there attention, however that didn’t work for us. Nonetheless, very good price for the burgers and fries and drink that you get.“

“Like a few other burger restaurants I’ve been to……the service is great, the atmosphere is great, but the burgers are just “ok”. The problem is the meat used for the burgers….. the meat has no flavor. I guess it’s because the patties are bought frozen. They are bland and dry instead of being a good juicy burger. They just don’t have any flavor!!! If JG could change the meat to where it tasted like it just came off someone’s backyard grill I would give them a 5 star rating.“

“I have been here 5 times and they have the burgers and fries hands down in this area. Honestly probably the best burger and fries I have ever had. And I have lived all over Dallas, including Addison, downtown,uptown, and they are seriously at the top!!
On top of that their customer service is awesome! Everyone that has served me has been friendly and just down to earth, and this is coming from a Chick-fil-A employee so I know lol. Anyways I'm so thankful to find a great place in this area where only fast food is mostly available.

“It’s been 8 years since I last ate here and it’s still as good or better! I rarely end up in Dallas but it was the first place that came to mind when I was in town. The owner was up front bussing tables for his staff and checking in on guests. Never saw an employee actually go clean a table beside him and that alone would have made me come back due to the support he provided his staff even if the food was mediocre. Fortunately, the food is amazing and the building was really clean! Got a cheeseburger with bacon and cheese tots w/bacon and jalapeños. I ate nearly bite and left full! I will not look for another place to eat in Dallas if I’m here for lunch again, this is my place!“

“We took a school(homeschool)tour at this location (Mockingbird Dallas) and got to see behind the scenes , we saw the kitchen, and everything is very clean and the food is really fresh! The manager Daniel was fantastic and Rachel was super kind! The food was great as always, but it was great to learn about their entire food preparation process, knowing that they use fresh beef! They wash their lettuce, the potatoes for the fries are fresh and cut daily.If we already liked In N Out before, now we love it!“

“The food is good and believe they have finally found their groove. I wish they were open again for lunch. The menu leans toward lunch items. Here's my COMPLAINT. I've been eating there since they opened and I always reserve a table. I went in last night with my family, with a reservation, and actually about 10 minutes early. The hostess actually told us the table had another reservation after us and we needed to hurry. Are you kidding me?? How incredibly rude!! Not my problem. You are only as fast as your server and kitchen, so maybe that's a conversation you need to have with them and not the customer!! Left me a little annoyed.“

“2nd visit in Texas and when I ordered here my first time it was door dash and this time wanted to see it myself in person. Outside is fairly lit with light in front but the back need something even if it's a few flashlights. Besides that my food was great and packaged neatly and tight. I mean not one piece of lettuce or my tator tots was at the bottom of the bag when I got home. We need some of these restaurants in Ohio“

“Excellent burger and fries. Meat is ground fresh on site. Burger was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. There are many options one can choose to customize the burger. Fries were hot, crisp on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. They have great options for fountain soft drinks, but also bottled sodas like Mexican Coke with cane sugar and not high fructose corn syrup.“

“Was at Richland College for a workshop, and was hungry. I love burgers so this restaurant caught my attention. Ended up ordering the jalapeno hamburger which was so good! And a side of crispy fries. ???? The front cashier was so nice and kept calling me, "brother" lol. Overall, loved this place and would come back if I am in the area again!

Edit (09/10/2024): I, now, go to Richland as a student and I've just come here today and it's still awesome!!!! The cashier (same guy from last time) is still so nice and makes conversation with you while you wait. He even waited to make my fries so they'd be hot since I ordered over the phone! “We got breakfast, the pancakes are a decent size, comes with hot syrup, jam, and whipped butter. The omelette is tasty, the grilled cheese is PERFECT—do yourself a favor and get it.
The staff is incredibly friendly, wonderful individuals. The place was clean, organized and seemed they can accommodate for large groups to come by and enjoy the food.
Highly recommend.

“Country Burger is a cool, old school burger joint. They have a small arcade, the entire place is a tribute to Selena, they have a few TVs. The staff is nice and funny the whole place has a nice vibe. Dare I say a modern Arnold’s Diner (Happy Days)? I had the Philly combo, I personally could’ve done without the lettuce and tomatoes but the it was great and flavorful. The fries were the star for me though, crisp and perfectly seasoned. This is definitely a place where I’ll have something different every visit. My coworker had a double bacon burger that looked out of this world. Stars all across!“
