The workers are very attentive, you feel like you are in Mexico and they treat you very well from the moment you enter, you can see the cooks while they prepare your food and they greet you, they are all very friendly. “This site has a large seating area and a nice verity of seating. The customer service was good, and the food service was prompt. The food was fresh, hot/ warm, and even looked good when the burgers were unwrapped. Easy access and easy in and out to the interstate. “The service was good with kind employees who smile. We received our food fairly quickly and it was nice and hot. When we got home, however, we were missing an order of fries and we had no straws for our 4 drinks. Other than that, the experience was positive. “After not coming to this location for quite a while due to extremely long wait times, we decided to eat there yesterday and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! We went mid-day and there were quite a few people there, but I didn't have to wait for a table at all and I was immediately served a drink by the hostess until my server was available. The server, Vanessa, arrived quickly and was ready to take my order, but I was still waiting for my family, so I only gave her our drink orders. When my family arrived she took our orders right away and we didn't have to wait long for the food. She was very attentive, polite, and even took time to engage with my young son. I gave 4 stars because aside from the pancakes, the food wasn't that great this time, especially the eggs.“
“This was my first experience at In-N-Out Burger. Food was prepared quickly even though the restaurant was pretty busy during lunchtime. On top of the food being delicious, the presentation was picture perfect. Definitely recommend if you need a quick bite to eat.“
