“I came through the drive thru and was greeted so well and actually glad the young lady(Joselyne ) ask me if I want to try the new mozzarella sticks and lol they sweet with a little bit kick of spice but my point was this is my favorite jack in the box in dfw , store is always Clean , food always hot and drive Thur moves quickly. Thanks so much miss joselyne for your great service and continue to make others smile . Yall will always get my money at this location“

The last time I visited, my experience was not great, and I shared my honest review. I received a follow-up email offering a complimentary meal to make up for it, which I truly appreciated.

When I went back today, Sam, the manager, kindly comped my meal and made sure everything was fresh and right. I ordered a #11 chicken meal with a shake, and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Trinity was my server, and she was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service with a great attitude.

I’m happy to say this visit turned things around, and I’ll definitely be back.
